Paid $50 for each VIP ticket 100% not worth the money . Got a goody bag with a very small wine glass and a bag with garlic bulbs in it. Yes we did get a chance to sit in the air conditioned VIP lounge, but that room was not worth $50. Tons of free garlic at every opening. Hardly any food that was really garlic based or a lot of garlic in it except for the garlic fries and that very odd tasting vanilla garlic ice cream, the chocolate garlic ice cream was good. It didn't really taste the garlic until the end.Would I go back again, probably not. But if I did go back again I definitely would not waste my money paying $50 a ticket for the VIP tickets. I can honestly say the Gilroy garlic festival is (was) way better and has (had) a lot more to offer than the Fresno garlic festival. If I had a choice between Gilroy and Fresno I would rather drive to Gilroy and attend their garlic festival.

Horrible. Can't stress enough. Get ur money back if u are going tomorrow! We paid 50.00 a ticket for VIP! U get a bag, 3 cloves of garlic and a glass. U can't use the glass for anything as it is bigger than a shot glass yet not big enough for a glass of wine. Hardly any garlic foods. It was sad

What a total waste of time and money. If you are going to call it a Garlic Festival, I would think the main food attraction would include garlic. This festival was no more than a mini fair with the same food trucks and booths. I really feel sorry for the people who bought VIP tickets for $50. If you plan on having a second Garlic Festival, I would advise you to contact the Gilroy Garlic Festival experts. They know how to put on a true Garlic Festival.

Ah, now eventually you do plan to have garlic at your, at your national garlic festival, right? Wasn't worth the money to me.

Hard Pass! Save your money! It was just like the regular fair. Only a few garlic related vendors and a bin of free garlic.
