I had to do some home repairs and Fresno Dist. had what I needed..O-Rings. I brought in my sample and they matched it up. If you do home plumbing repairs be sure to stop by and check them out.The also have appliances of many kinds, all makes and prices. You do have to go to the service entrance but help is waiting for you inside.

So, we spent one day looking for bath tubs for an addition we're building at our house. Started at Lowe's and Home Depot. Nothing special at either place, just little run of the mill tubs. I want a soak-y tub. Not with jets, but with a nice slant to the back. (You know, grab a good book and fill up the tub kind of comfort). Next we went to Standard Brands right near our house. Bummer, the guy from the showroom was out with Covid and no one could go in there yet. (Hope he's all better by now and doing good). Where to go next? We drove out to Ferguson and a girl showed us a pic of a tub that I really liked. A bit pricey though, so we decided to see if there was anything else out there. We headed to Fresno Distributing and the super nice guy there showed us the exact same tub we liked at Ferguson. And it was $400 less! He told us it would take up to 12 weeks for the tub to come in if we ordered it then. Perfect! All we needed that day was to know where the rough plumbing needed to be placed before the foundation of the addition could be put in. We're so glad we checked out just one more place. For the next items we need, we'll START at Fresno Distributing!!

Shopping around for an apron sink can require a 3-4 week wait time, but not through Fresno Distributing. Amir in the showroom and the owner whose name I did not get, offered great customer service. Aside from these two, I was offered help by the service person in the plumbing department and the gentleman in the warehouse. I will definitely support this local business in the future. The wait was worth the expert help.

If there was a way to give 5 NEGATIVE stars I would. Nearly 3 years ago I made a mistake and ordered a stack washer and dryer. The mistake was getting a gas dryer. Found out after it was delivered, there wasn't a gas line in place to install. Unfortunately the box it came in was destroyed. I ordered the same thing over again but this time with an electric dryer. Fresno Distributing said they couldn't refund the first one because of the lack of a box. They said they would sell it and give us our money back after it was sold. Did I mention how long ago this transaction happened. Fresno Distributing are crooks. They have HORRIBLE customer service. I work for a manufacturer of HVAC material and WE bend over backwards for our customers. Do yourself a favor go to Central Distributing. They have a great showroom, excellent customer service and they are the same price or better than Fresno D. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Lots and lots of design magazines to look through. Not much in their "showroom". If there's more than 1 customer in the store, be prepared to wait awhile.

This place is terrible. Absolute garbage customer service by every employee. Never will I come back!! They don't care at all. Waited around for 30 minutes.

We went there not knowing exactly what we needed but had measurements and photos of the sink and accessories we were looking to replace. Amir clearly knew were looking for a sink mounted from bottom and all new parts. He sold us a heavy cast iron. sink that is made for top mount and Tile, we have granite he saw in the photos and knew that. When the person showed up to install it told us this is not the sink for our application. We tried to return it for un-exchange he said NO Return and no Refund. The sticker on the sink is dated 02/2023 so it was not special order either. Absolutely terrible I would never go back we had to buy another sink elsewhere and are stuck with his old inventory.

Great customer service Braelyn and Ken are awesome sales men, highly recommend you see these associates for your plumbing problems they carry most hard to find plumbing parts.
