FRESNO D DISTRIBUTING

Just wanted to say Thank you to Mr. Amir...!!! My wife went into Fresno D numerous of times with our 4 yr old child trying to order Kitchen appliances. Each time Mr. Amir went out of his way and gave our 4 yr old cookies while he assisted my wife explaining, going over what appliance to buy. He provided very very good customer service..!! He gave us points of contact to install our dishwasher, oven-microwave and the fridge. Mind you we were doing our on Flip My Kitchen Casa in Clovis. Our Next flip we are going back to Mr. Amir...!!

I went in on a Saturday to buy a bath room exhaust fan. I decided to skip the big box stores and OSH because I had believed that Fresno D had higher end equipment. We got there about 15 minutes before closing and went to the service counter. The gentleman at the counter, probably in his late 60s with neatly groomed salt and pepper hair told us "out of hand" that the bath room fans we on the show room. We spent the next 5 minutes wondering the show room to locate the bath room fans. There were none to be found.I decided to around the side and give the parts counter another try. The salesman I had seen before was no where to be found. We located another salesman in the electric department and he got us a replacement motor for the fan. i would give Fresno D a better score, but the laziness of their first employee was disheartening.

I usually go to home Depot for my plumbing supplies but I was working a block away so I figured it will save me 20 min. The staff was helpful for what I needed to get. But the price........ I figure I'm not a plumbing contractor so I'll get retail maybe 10% more than I pay at Depot, NO. I bought 1 abs fitting at Depot it is less than $9, at Fresno d $18.50. SERIOUSLY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! A 100% markup from home Depot? I know I won't be going back for anything else if I can expect pricing like that. I would have gave 1 star but the guy at the counter was helpful.
