If I could leave zero stars I would , this place is trash . Went in to get a bow piece with medical patient ID and they refused too sell to me . Just a bowl piece lol and they asked me what I use my Medical Card for like what do you think I use it for ? Marijuana lmaoHorrible place , also if you go in and tell them your 21 they will believe you and sell too you . Bad business here

If your complaining about the service here, you are a straight up goofy! I've been coming here for years along with many others. Be grown and know what you want went you walk into a tobacco store it ain't a little kid store like for real grow up. It's so sad to see these mini temper tantrums thrown because people are so clueless. This place has exactly what you would expect them to have. Been reliable from the get. In all honesty it's not hard to google some product and walk into a storefront knowing what you want or at least having an idea. These people work there because they need money, not because they're experts in all their products...if you walk in being and acting respectful, then that's exactly what you'll get back.

Every single time I come in looking for something specific, the owner always has what I need. If he does not have what I need he offers to order it for me. The owner is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. He always has a smile and is really helpful when seeking information or recommendations. Super friendly place.

Really nice shop covering all the bases. The owner is very nice and helpful. Really like going there and the prices are super fair for the area. Good quality products and never feel pressured or upselled into anything I don't want.

I go here twice a month and have encounter a few of the employees and they are GREAT. Polite, helpful, courteous and their prices are good. No clue why anyone would say they're rude, I can only think maybe that customer was cranky that day lol

Rude AF! Came in a great mood and having to put in unnecessary energy to maintain it. This guy didn't want to answer simple questions about his own product. There was no one else in the store but yet he seemed to be in a rush... This was just overreaching bad customer service and my bar is not high whatsoever for a smoke shop

This was the worst smoke shop I have ever been to they were super rude and pervert I go to valley smoke shop off of first and Gettysburg cheapest prices I ever seen at any smoke shop

Good spot to get all your smoking needs ....nice workers and owner .... very helpful and nice employees ....
