Cannot give four stars when they charge for WATER!!! Are you kidding me? To the owners rethink your idea on this one. Now to the food it's good good the fruit is always fresh. Same for the produce. My favorite indulgence is the fried Zucchini with ranch dipping sauce on the side. The cuts of Zucchini are big and fried perfectly. I have had pretty much everything on the breakfast and lunch menu. Because this place is great for families with kids its always busy and yes you may have too wait to be seated but the wait is worth it.Its noisy lots of activity on weekends three is usually a piano player that's a lot of fun. If they get rid of this ridiculous charge for water they will get my five stars.

Whether you are getting omelette, French toast, or pancakes, the food is always delicious!Came on a Saturday morning around 10am, we waited for about 10 minutes before we were seated. The pianist played throughout our breakfast-- which Id say really is a nice touch.My husband and I ordered the Pancake Combo to share. And the pancakes here are absolutely delicious, and fluffy. So good!All in all, such a great breakfast spot!

The restaurant is bright and nicely decorated. The acoustics are terrible. Too many hard surfaces, so the sound just bounces all over. They need to get with a designer to find ways to mitigate the sound. The food was just ok. Definitely not reflective of the price, which is on the higher side. Nothing was made poorly, but the quality of the ingredients was not up to par. Everything was really bland, and I'm fine with subtle flavoring, so if it's bland to me that's saying something. The hollandaise sauce looked and tasted like it came from a package. The potatoes were devoid of flavor and had some peppers and onions thrown in. The pancakes were tasteless and rubbery. They seem to have come from a lower quality premix. The presentation is good. Service was a little slow, but they were busy, which is understandable. Staff are nice. The coffee was good, so there's that. I won't return. I can get a comparable meal for much less or a better one for the price.

Average food quality but good service. They have a lot of options, which is overwhelmed. I don't think I'll be going back. There are many other breakfast places around the area.

This place is so cute. The outdoor area is very nice, has a fountain and lots of plants. The decor is cottagey vibes, neat little tea pots everywhere. We were seated immediately and the waiter was attentive enough. I ordered a half eggs Benedict with ham & fresh fruit. It was very good. The price is a lot of a half order but I really enjoyed my food. I got coffee, it was ok maybe on the weaker side. The menu is huge and will definitely be back to try more.

The service was terrible---basically we were forgotten and another waitress noticed and informed staff. The food was bland. There was a 30 min wait to be seated and it didn't even seem that busy. Perhaps they were short staffed. Who knows. I also regret sitting outside. We do not plan to eat here again.

Terrific and attentive service. Food is fantastic, always warm and special request are never problem. I love the tea cups and saucers. They're interesting and so pretty, great ambiance.Thank you FBH

Great service with friendly people and awesome food. Corned beef hash is topnotch. Power omelette with two eggs and spinach with a side of cottage cheese and sliced tomatoes will keep you light and go through the morning.

We waited 10mins because they were short staffed, there were at least 15 open tables. They had 6 people, that's just poor management, I have worked in a restaurant.I had the absolute worst Bloody Mary. It was so bad that I couldn't finish it. For 14$ it better be tasty. I told my waiter and he just swept it under the table with no consideration to my complaint. We won't be back.

The food was delicious as usual. I had green eggs and ham! Jason was very attentive. Randy was playing in the background. It was enjoyable and relaxing.
