Fresno Ag Hardware

Staff are really nice and very helpful here! They didn't even make me feel dumb when I was asking for a few products and suggestions for my home projects that I'm currently working on. They never made me feel like I couldn't do my project because I am a woman. I got everything that I needed here compared to the bigger hardware stores. Most of the time at the bigger hardware stores, some employees do not know how to help me and really could care less to help me find what I need. Which then leaves me frustrated a lot of the time. Glad I made a stop here today. I feel very accomplished in my progress with my project. Can't wait until the next home improvement.

Fresno Aggies is a wonderful community hardware store. They might not have everything like the big box stores, but what they do have is some of the best staff that will advise you on any project you have and walk you through things step by step. Every time I've been here, the store has been clean, and for anything I wasn't able to find, the staff were able to direct me to where I could find it. I think my second favorite little thing about this place is the free popcorn.. I know, it's a little silly thing, but it really goes along way to showing just how community oriented this place is.

Sales clerk was rude and unhelpful, very bad service. Cut me off repeatedly, would not let me explain, kept trying but she kept talking over me. Issue not resolved

Happy I came to Fresno Ag for a key copy instead of the typical Wal-Mart or Home Depot. This particular trip was a quick in and out, but I love Fresno Ag. Their staff is always friendly and helpful, and you can always find one around! They also have a huge variety of Hardware, Gardening, and home products! You could honestly find some great gifts here, so much to look around at, but the store size is more manageable than a Lowes or Home Depot. This may mean that you have some issues with product availability, however, my husband frequents this store for air filters, pool supplies and other household related items and he always finds what he needs. He even uses their rewards program and gets coupons in the mail.

I love Fresno Ag. The people there are always friendly and helpful. I was having a hard time ordering a patio set online and Ian not only helped me but also got me the online sales price and arranged the delivery and assembly of the set. Patrick was helpful and friendly when I called about questions I had about the delivery. I have never gotten this type of service at Home Depot. Fresno Ag is the best!

Best hardware store in the Central Valley. Almost every employee is a retired professional from a plumber electrician, painter, horticulturist, locksmith. These guys really know what they're doing. It's my favorite hardware store for one stop shopping, professional advice.

Employee Mike MendozaPoor customer service! I purchased an ACE item was told it would be replaced. Darlene the manager of lawn and garden ordered the replacement that she looked up in her computer the day I was there and said when it comes in next week she will call me, she called me today. I made the trip back out to pick it up. Then was told by employee Mike Mendoza he was not replacing it. He said he could not find this ACE branded item in his system, Strange that Darlene did? its stamped ACE on the handle she looked it up and already ordered a replacement for me. I was there today to pick it up. Mike said this was his decision as he was the store manager in which he is not as I know this to be true. Mike needs re-training in customer service. WOW! He didn't care at all. Mike has no customer service skills. Darlene apologized to me for Mikes issues. She said she will have the owner/ store manager call me. I look forward to speaking with him. By the way Darlene was very nice. Thank you Darlene!

I purchased a keyed lock and after 2 days it didn't work. I went back for an exchange but they refused to change it then asked me if I beat it with a hammer. I told them "does the item looked like it was hammered? it is new!" then the gentleman that I purchased it from came and recognize me and told the cashier to give me a new one. there is too many places I can go without this kind of hassle. I do my business now with national hardware, it is a longer drive for me but it is well worth it.

First of all the staff is amazing! Very knowledgeable and willing to help. I'm in town helping my daughter and I've been there 3 times in 2 days and have always had a great experience. This store reminds me of hardware stores of the past that were eager to help and were knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
