Frazier Gardens & Clubhouse

We went here for a wedding recently. It was sort of off the beaten path and a little hard to find since were not from Fresno but we managed to find it. The grounds of this place are beautiful with succulents, plants and flowers strewn all over. The owners of this place are friendly. At one point we didn't have a corkscrew to open the bottles of wine and we knocked on one of the trailers and was given their personal one to use. My only gripe with this place is the decor, and it isn't necessarily bad. To me it limits the choices of what you can do to the place. If you're going for a super modern, sleek, formal affair, the bright yellow kitchen cabinets and huge wall paintings of farmland are not going to mesh well at all. But if you're doing a vintage, farmhouse, barn style wedding, then this is your place! They have a men's and women's restroom, you get access to the aforementioned kitchen, there is a huge cement dance floor and this is all inside, away from the elements. Outside is like a garden oasis with archways covered in Ivy everywhere. It's gorgeous!

I really do not enjoy leaving less than great reviews but I was kind of astounded at how unkempt and poorly maintained the property was for my best friend's wedding yesterday. The main lawn where the wedding took place was half wet dirt, half crab grass and very uneven. There was foliage debris everywhere, everything was extremely overgrown, you had to duck around bushes, trees and shrubbery everywhere you went. The bathroom situation was great initially, as there are two restrooms on site that have an entrance from the outside and the inside. However, some guests lock both sides unknowingly locking the next out. Which, finally, was kind of the other peeve, the venue host was hard to track down and not very present at the event. Three bridesmaids were scrambling to track down light switches as the sun disappeared and the entire bridal party was scrambling to figure out a way to jimmy the lock for the bathroom situation for almost 20 minutes. My biggest nuisance was the EXTREMELY loud Mariachi music the neighbors were blasting the entire wedding ceremony and during the dinners toasts (the groom and I had to stop the bride from stopping the ceremony to go over there). I realize that the venue has little to no control over the neighbors but c'mon; the bride was not even aware that could potentially happen. There weren't ashtrays provided for the event for the smokers and we were being asked last minute detail questions as we were taking wedding photos. I asked if the host could make 15 minute appearances here and there, which she absolutely was accommodating to, but initially stated the bride had her phone number. Again, c'mon I don't think the it's the bride job to have to call to have lights turned on and bathrooms opened. All in all, we have moments to laugh over in the future and it certainly could have been way worse. I think overall I was just shocked that an event venue's landscape was so poorly maintained and overgrown. I do appreciate the flexibility in accessing the facility as needed prior to the event and the overall communication.

This place is so amazing. The owner is beyond nice. We had my youngest son's First Holy Communion here and all the kids loved it. Their is so much space for them to run around and enjoy all the beautiful greenery that surrounds the property. We were able to bring in a bounce house, taco truck, churro truck, DJ, and a photo drop. For a minute we thought we may have to cancel one of our vendors but after viewing the property we knew that they would all fit nicely and we would still have so much room to have fun. A few days before we celebrated my son we lost a very special person in the family and we turned to Fraizer Gardens to hold a small Celebration of life. All of our adult guest had so many nice things to say about this location. They all loved how well kept the gardens were. Some didn't want to leave because of how peaceful it was. If we happen to plan anymore big celebrations in our family we will defiantly be back.

We recently held our sons Graduation party here. The grounds were beautiful, the owners were wonderful and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this venue!

The owners go above and beyond! They hepled with simple decorations, brought out toys for the kids to play with, and hung out with the kids too, they helped with things they didnt have to. Very friendly people! I would definitely recommend this venue for anyone. We had a great time. It was beautiful! Lots of flowers beautiful, nice green grass, just overall a well taken care of. Nice grass area for my sisters wedding ceremony, nice little DJ dance floor area. Nice indoor eating area w/ indoor bathrooms. This is a great hole in the wall, as it is a secluded venue behind the owner's home, on a nice piece of property. Very afforadable!! Thanks for everything

We were so lucky to find Frazier's when we quickly needed an affordable venue for our Mom's celebration of life. Melodie and staff were very accommodating and the place is perfect for an informal gathering of family and friends. We had access to all tables, chairs, a smart TV to show our slideshow, a large kitchen with a huge peninsula for our buffet, clean bathrooms, plenty of lovely outdoor green space and a large parking lot. Thanks for everything!

This place looks like a nightmare. The only people I could imagine having a wedding here is an elderly person. So run down we were debating if we should even get out of the car and look.

We were able to have Dad celebration of life here at this venue. It is very close to Fresno Memorial Gardens and melody was so accommodating and easy to work with. The garden is reminded us so much of that at the clubhouse was perfect even on a hot 100° day recommended for your family celebration

This venue was perfect! We were looking for a place to gather after my father passed. Frazier Gardens was wonderful. It has a kitchen area fully stocked with any utensils and serving/cooking pans you may need. Which made things easy for us. It has a country feel to it. I thought it was very welcoming. You have access to indoors and outside area, for us that was a plus as we had young children and they were able to go outdoors. The owner was very helpful and accommodating she was very sympathetic to our needs. I would definitely use this place again and highly recommend it.
