Fraser Construction

I originally hired a friend of a friend to put a door in my house where there was a window. The purpose was for pool use. The door would lead to the backyard and would provide direct access to a bathroom so you wouldn't have to walk through the house dripping wet. So the original guy basically took my money and ran, but not before knocking out the stucco around the exterior of the window. So I decided to go with a professional, licensed contractor. Enter Dave with Fraser Construction. He literally saved my house! The first day he came to the house to look at the mess, he shook his head a lot. He was unsure exactly how to go about fixing it. But he figured it out and we couldn't be happier. We now have a beautiful, functional, safe door which provides access exactly how we wanted. I will be calling Fraser Construction in the future should the need arise!

David was awesome!! He responded promptly and handled our ceiling fan issue in a very timely fashion! Not only was his work quick and efficient, he was a cool guy, an easy conversationalist and didn't freak out over our "guard dog." Great service, called first thing in the morning on a rental with pool pump electrical issues, he went out and fixed it that same day.

Dave & team assembled my fairly large 11' x 13' gazebo and they did a great job. I appreciate them being very clear and upfront about any issues they found. One part was damaged in transit and another was missing some nuts, but they were able to work around it until I get my replacement parts. I could tell they took pride in doing things the right way rather than quickly - the final assembly is tight and everything aligned properly. They even put a tarp over a walkway to keep it clean. Side note: My previous assembly attempt was through Handy and ended up being a nightmare as the contractors rushed through the job. They didn't properly align things, so some screws were hanging half way out while other holes were forced and stripped of any thread. I wish I found Fraser Construction first and saved a lot of headache.

I hired Fraser Construction to partially renovate a bathroom and build a new gate, as well as numerous small projects that were too much for me. Before they were scheduled to start, my gate blew over in a storm. I contacted them right away, and luckily they had availability to start days earlier than we had previously agreed. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and worked for 2 hours in the pouring rain! When they were done, my new gate was beautiful! When they worked on my house, the same was true. They always showed up when they were supposed to and worked tirelessly to make my home much more beautiful and secure. Pics of some of the work will be added. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Had David come out to repair a gate of mine and he came out gave me a very fair price, and completed the job the very next day as promised I can't be any happier with the work he preformed....in future I will be sure to contact him and his team.

David did a great job replacing a dry rotted post in our front porch. He matched the paint exactly, charged a fair price, and we are very happy with his service.
