Four Seasons Clean

Came out on time. I dried the carpet like he said. I opened the window and turned on the ceiling fan. The next day some soiled spots appeared. I called twice and emailed twice. The first call the young lady that answered said the technician would call me. It's been two weeks and I'm still waiting. Don't sign until you read their fine print. I even tipped the guy.

Top notch service from the initial call to the receptionist until the technician left my home. Coby explained the process and executed with a smile. I thought my carpet was a memory, but after Coby finished, my carpets look brand new! I am more than happy with my results.

I love 25 miles from Fresno and they refused service as "outside their service area". The woman on the phone was incredibly unprofessional about it as well. I will find someone excited for my business.

AWESOME! Professional friendly easy going! Showed up on time. Very Affordable! Did a great job..Didn't make a mess outside or inside while cleaning.. No water mess anywhere!! Carpets came out cleaner than I thought they would. Absolutely will be using again in future!! Also totally recommending to all!!

I have used several carpet cleaning companies in the pass. I even had a favorite go to guy but the estimate seemed a little high so I got a second estimate. Luckily I saw Four Seasons advertisement on yelp. Coby the owner met me at my rental property. The tenant had lived in the house for three years he left the house filthy. My property management company even recommended to me to install new carpet which I could not afford. Coby explain that he would be able to clean the carpet and remove all the pet stains I would not need to purchase new carpeting. Coby save me so much money he did a fantastic job on my dirty carpet. No matter how busy Coby is he seems to find time to fit you in. They made me feel like a VIP. This company is the best !!!

Appointment was for 10am; worker didn't show up until after 11. I waited all morning and spent the whole morning to prep the room. When technician finally arrived, I asked technician if he can test clean the carpet, and while I was upstairs to grab some things, he left without a notice. I've never dealt with such unprofessionalism. I guess he wasn't confident of the quality of his service, so he just left. Wasted time for me; highly don't recommend.
