Fosters Freeze

This place has always been expensive but today I noticed their prices went up....yea, I thought I was confused then I suddenly noticed the large silver bolts that are screwed into the new menu over the old one.... $9 for a SMALL twister... Last month it was $6.99 and today it's 8.99. Based specifically on the effort to make a small twister, the taste, amount of ice cream you get- it's just seriously not worth it.

I'll be really short. This place is ridiculously expensive. A small shake using a card was $7.23. Plus I didn't realize I could get a shake and my hair braided all at the same time. Sorry but seeing people getting their hair braided in a food establishment is unacceptable. As for the shake, it was ok. I have had better and I have had far worse.

How many employees does it take to get a order for 3 people correct in person? The answer at this place is more than they had working apparently. I walked in and ordered 3 of the specials, burgers, fries and a drink and asked to have them increased to large. I also ordered a chocolate shake on the side. The order took a half an hour with no one ahead of me in line. It was as if they lost my order and I had to show them my receipt to remind them I had ordered. I was so outraged I didn't even notice I was given a vanilla shake and to top it off a medium shake cost me $9. ARE YOU F%#*)@G kidding me!!! A medium shake at Baskin-Robbins is $6. Sno-White Drive in I apologize for straying and cheating on you with this disgusting hag of a place. I will never go to a Fosters Freeze again in my life.

Foster Freeze has been apart of Ceres for years and one of our favorites. Since it has been taken over by different owners the customer service is horrible!!! The girls working there are rude act like you are bothering them if they have to take your order. Also all the nose piercing are so distracting and disgusting that it's hard to even order. Hopefully owners will take the attitudes of the employees down a notch or we will be going elsewhere.

Customer service sucks! How do you mess up on an ice cream parfait? They have pictures on what it looks like! I ordered a Hot Fudge Oreo parfait. They only put fudge on the bottom when and not on top. So I asked for more fudge to put on top. She literally gives me a drizzle. I tell them I want a refund so they send someone else to help me and explain that it's wrong. Not once did they offer to make it right! So yes I want a full refund especially since I wasn't happy nor did I touch it. Very poor customer service. No apology, no trying to fix it! ‍ There were three girls and they just hid in the back!

I recommend this establishment, the ice cream is so delicious, twisters are the favorite. They honestly have a good vibe and always have kind and nice employees. Today I passed by and got an ice cream cone and a burger, I suffer from HBP and the burger made it go higher. But honestly it's worth it! But if you have high blood pressure don't consume the burgers, they are insultingly good like a mountain of flavors honestly good but really made my preasure go up would recommend at least trying a burger from this establishment once but the ice cream is a must have while stopping at this place

New owners for the past several months. They need to advertise their great specials at such a lower price. I am on a limited budget and many of the items on their menu are cheaper than cooking at home. A different special every day.

Way over priced, burgers are okay... shakes are the good thing here. We only go here if it's on the way to where we are going and we're really hungry lol. Better off going to in and out.

I usually don't have anything bad to say about this place but the girl who helped my in the drive thru this night messed up one fine which is fine because she exchanged it but the attitude Alize gave when we asked for the exchange wasn't needed. It was suppose to be a swirl so 50/50 and she gave me a vanilla not too big of a deal but she looked so bothered by it

Honestly ive been here a few times and the food has been good so far.Its NOT HELLA good but its goodAND It's expensive.. i live a few minutes away and it's convenient to just come by For what im paying for i rather go somewhere elsePlus i would suggest some hairnets for the cooks. People would appreciate their burger without a LONG BLACK HAIR
