Would not/ could not supply medicare funded supplies, difficult to communicate with, seemed indifferent to my supply situation.Nursing, OT, and PT staff were good, but all talked openly about dissatisfaction with the company

Nurses have been really helpful with Hubby! Many of the nurses deserve a shout out... Katina, Daisy, Bobbie... sorry, I don't remember the spelling of the rest of you that have done such a GREAT job -- I'll update you soon!

I've worked for this company for almost 2 years as a nurse and I am very pleased with the the care we give to our patients. I see my team members' compassion for our patients and their families during some of the most difficult times in their lives. This has made me come to love the team I work with. I would trust my love ones with any one of my teammates and I look forward to continuing in this role for years to come!

Rude customer Service. I have spoke with Daisy 2 different times when calling, she seems a bit immature. Speaks very unprofessional to other Providers. You should hire people who know how to speak professionally.
