Flex Factory Nutrition

I'm a young military veteran with ALS. At my doctor's suggestion, I went to go buy some supplements to help maintain muscle mass and to live as long as possible with this deadly disease. I live near Flex Factory so I thought it would be a great place to try. Looking at the outside, I would have guessed they were a patriotic establishment. How wrong I was. When I walked up with my cane and mask on, there was this sign below. I fought for this country so people like this could be free. I never knew a day would come that they'd stab me in the back like this, in order to be capitalist jerks who use politics to push their sales. Well, they've lost my business. Because you see, I am scared. I have little time left to live. I want to live as long as possible for my young children. I want every second possible with them. My Children who are too young to get a vaccine. They have health issues too that would be potentially deadly if they caught covid. If I get covid, even though I'm vaccinated, I could die before I was meant to from this disease. I fought for them. I wish Flex Fitness could do the truly American thing and wear a little piece of cloth on their face to protect me. It's a lot easier to do than carry the dead body of one of your fellow shoulders on your shoulders. Trust me. I know. This is disappointing. Please do better.

I still stand by my previous rating. Their knowledge and expertise, coupled with their integrity, places them far above the rest. For those who don't want to visit the store because they don't want the masks, well, I'm sad for you. Unless you are using, basically, a scuba set up, or a forced-air system with HEPA filters, a mask isn't going to help. I work for the state and they take every precaution you can take, and people are still getting it. Even with being vaccinated and boosted, while still wearing N95 masks, rubber gloves, face shields, and protective gowns, the staff and inmates are still having massive outbreaks. For the one veteran (thank you for your service) who has ALS, my thoughts and prayers are with you. I've had one family member die from that, and another who is 99.9% incapacitated from it. So I know what your loved ones are going through, but I won't say I understand what you are going through because I don't know that aspect, and I pray I never do. What I can say is that if you walked in this place and let them know you have a severely compromised immune system, or simply let them know what you have like you have already let the whole world know, then I seriously doubt they would have a problem with you wearing your mask. And they can help you have the highest quality of life you can for as long as possible.For everyone else who insists on the fallacies of wearing a mask, wear it, but don't try to force it on everyone else. If facts and real intelligence offends or scares you, then go somewhere else; it is your right just as it's your loss, not theirs. If you want help keeping your body in optimal condition, and are open to learning good, wholesome facts along the way, this is absolutely the place to go.

Love this place! The first few times I came in, I had no idea I was missing out on all of what it offers. Flex Factory is sort of an all inclusive place for whatever your dietary or body goals may be. Not only do they have supplements, but also body composition testing, weight monitoring, nutrition guidance, and consultation. Jim is impressively knowledgeable about nutrition and fat loss, and the way our internal organs work with the digestive system. I am happy that I can meet my goals without depriving myself of a wide variety of nutrient dense foods. Thank you, Jim, for all you do!!

got my first massage today at The Flex Factory location in Fresno at Washington Square. Elvira was the person who dis it. she explained everything she did and which muscles were involved. I left feeling amazing. if I lived nearby this would be a weekly thing.

Excellent place! I've been going there for years. Jim is super knowledgeable on health and wellness. He wants you to achieve your goals and will help you get there! All the employees there have a wealth of knowledge and are super helpful as well. Prices are reasonable for what you are getting. Would recommend him 1000%!!!
