Five Below

I am in love with five below! I always have to come in knowing what I need; otherwise I'll buy up the whole store. It was my second time at this location and WOOOOW it's so organized and clean! I found everything I needed and then some! I picked up sunscreen, a phone case, hydrogel patches (for my hereditary eyebags LOL), and a tumbler carrier! I saw the tumbler carrier on an app called Lemon8! I'm glad they had them in stock at this store! The employees working were also kind. I will definitely be back!!!

I can't to Five Below on 05/04/22 with my two nieces as I wanted to make sure they got their mothers a mother day present each. My goodness! I can't believe that it has taken me so long to try this chain!Upon entering I was greeted by staff and was overwhelmed of how colorful this place was which is refreshing! Most items are $5 and some items are under $5 which is pretty neat. You can easily get in trouble at this shop.It was very clean and organized and they had items like toys, clothes, games, home goods, make up, balls, candy and so much more. The girls picked out wonderful gifts for their mother's and there was so many things that I wanted. Like mostly self help or self care books or journals. They also had cute blankets and pillows. I would definitely recommend this store as most or all the products were in very good condition and high quality. The lady who checked us out was so sweet and warm. It was such a welcoming experience I already want to come back!!! Spent almost $200 here and I even got the Dude and Starwars The Child cup which he loved. So definitely a great place for gifts! Even found a Breathwork book.Be careful as $5 adds up quick !!! But great experience either way.

For some reason I always assumed this was like a more expensive dollar store. I was dead wrong. This is a candy, snack, toys and gifts store. This is the perfect store to pick up a gift, treats, stocking stuffers and Easter basket items for really cheap! They had so many candies and unique brand name candies. Aisles and aisles of candy!Have a specific brand of and flavor of chips you like?? They probably have it!I was blown away by all the $5 graphic tees, shoes, workout clothing and workout gear they have here. They also have board games, card games, craft kits and pet supplies for...:yup, you got it; $5! They have some home decor items in the far back and some of those were more than $5. Amazing store! I'm coming back for my son's Easter basket candies here! They had large Reese's peanut butter eggs that always sell out fast at Target and most grocery stores.

Good store! They have a lot look at and all different stuff at good prices. It's safe and clean. Great music playing! I ended up getting a Hope air freshener, candy pops and spicy miso soup. It is set to to do self check out. The worker that watched the area was nice and masked. I set everything up, paid for it and checked out. Simple. Good service and store! Recommended!

I was searching for a hello kitty wrapper paper that i seen for the holidays and i happen to see some behind the register . So i did ask about them and was told that they were on hold for employees. I dont think its fair that employees get first dibs on merchandise but whatever

This place is a fun place to get things we don't really need but want. Everything is $5 or less. They have a mix of just about everything. They have clothes, toiletries, pillows, toys, board games, makeup, decorations, candy, snacks, fitness equipment, phone cases and more. It's fun to find little things here to make a gift basket for gifts. We even made a basket for the silent auctions for my daughter's school to help raise money. The store usually keeps their shelves stocked. The staff are usually pretty friendly and helpful. Sometimes, the shelves can get messy though but most of the time it's clean and organized. To check out, it's self service even though there's a staff member in the front if you need help. Half of the registers take cash, the other half takes card. You scan your items and follow the instructions on the register. My daughter loves coming here for their food erasers, science experiment box, the snacks, notebooks and shirts. I'm sure we will be back this weekend.

This place is AWESOME!!!! Excellent selection for the the whole family and not to mention the PRICES! Wow i was shocked !There are so many treasures to find here for such a good price. I was truly overwhelmed by all of the different things that they have because I wanted to buy them all.This is the type of store that does not make you feel like there is something you like but cannot have because it is too expensive.This store could definitely improve many peoples life because there is everything from party planning items. To make up items. To clothing and shoes.I seen many high-quality cell phone products for recent cell phones and electronics.Since then I have returned several times and purchased cell phone items that work very well and would be quadruple the price of what I paid here.since then I have returned several times and purchased cell phone items that work very well and would be quadruple the price of what I paid here.I took more time to explore the store and I found everything from dog treats to close, to make up, to house decor, to headphones, to art supplies, to learning supplies.It is a great store that the whole family can enjoy and buy quality items even if everyone is on a budget you can find something that is quality and usable.My family looks forward to going to the store and finding small items that we needed I even found some dishwashing liquid and laundry soap yes laundry soap.It's the perfect place for getting offs and ends or the basics and a few things to spruce up your space. This is definitely the store to go to before you go to the big box stores and find great items.

I love Five Below! This location is right by the new Hobby Lobby near Herndon and 99. This is where I go to stock up on candies for work. Theater sized boxes are 5 for $5. You check yourself out after you find all your bargains. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Not busy, so I get in and out pretty quick.

I understand why self checkout is no longer available, but they HAVE to have more than one cashier. 8-12 people in line at a a time and only one employee is ridiculous. If you can't keep staff then close the store. Such an inconvenience

Lexi has terrible customer service for being a so called "assistant manager" the store manager should take that title away from her. I would give her ZERO stars but that's not an option.
