First Choice Auto Body Shop

I dropped a part during the summer. I called to get a quote after questioning the amount he became hostile and rude. I went to pick up my part I told him do better in customer service. A person word goes a long way! The guy uses " God bless you" but then curses you out in front of his coworkers and customers. Real good business. The owner needs to put him in anger management and go to church. This guy took it on another level and very personal. I wouldn't recommend them. Take your business somewhere else!!!

These guys gave me the best deal on my wife's car. You can't even tell she ran into the garage door now. They were quick and honest

I wish I had before and after pictures but I have taken/recommended about 5 vehicles to this place and they have done an amazing job on all of them. My family that I recommended here also loved how their vehicles came out. Very friendly and professional individuals. Thank you Jorge and Luis for always taking care of me.

Quick, easy, friendly. Reasonable pricing. Took it in the morning, was ready by 3. They gave me a ride to and from work.

This shop is horrible. They did some work on my car but when I pointed out of couple of places that did not get painted and a chip in the paint they became hostile and disrespectful and started cursing. After finally calming down they decided to repaint 2 spots but instead of using the blue paint which was provided they got a can of black spray paint to cover the spots. Then told me I should have taken my car to MAACO if I wasn't happy with their service. Worst experience ever

It has been more than 5 years since First Choice fully repainted the exterior and fixed a bunch of dents on my 2005 Toyota Tundra. My original paint was in bad shape. Their color match and finish was perfect. My truck looked like new after First Choice took care of it and it still looks great today. Great friendly service and the price was less than I had expected.

It was a simple job - painting motorcycle cases. Taking off both covers off their hinges painting and then replacing the case covers on their hinges. 10 minutes at most to take them on and off. When they were finished I returned to get them reinstalled. Well this outfit lost the factory screws (black in color) but put on different screws in different colors. They went through a charade "looking" for my screws. I have to sit around for over an hour in the heat while they give me the run around. One case had lint in the paint and orange peel. Luis exploded on me when I asked about this taking his frustrations out on me. He threatened to confiscate my bike (i was only questioning his poor work and loosing my parts). Do not go here - they can care less about their work are beyond rude.

Very friendly service, they did exactly what we asked on two different vehicles, excellent paint matching as well. Very satisfied and I would recommend them to others.

Roger's knowledge and experience is a shining star he thoroughly evaluated the damage to my vehicle and gave me a clear and concise quote for myself and the insurance company. Lastly, my vehicle was ready for pick up on the day he told me it would be and of course looked great.
