Have done business with Chad and FCS many times and am always pleased with their service and pricing. I definitely recommend them!

If you, the consumers, read Chad's response to my previous rating, it's still our fault. It was our fault that we created all the delivery delays. It was our fault that we couldn't get along with a disgruntled Home Depot employee that Chad hired on the side. It was our fault that Chad had to pull his dad out of retirement to do "Chad's job" for Chad. It was us that lied about everything. Not once has Chad mentioned, "I dropped the ball. I take full responsibility for my screw ups." Instead he drags a huge rug to sweep anything and everything that belongs to him under it. "Maybe" he'll eventually man up and own to his mistakes in the future, which I highly doubt it. As for my wife and I, he left a sour taste that turned horribly bitter.

Customer service here is absolutely amazing. Paul and Chad are both very knowledgeable, friendly, and so patient. They have great ideas, but also really listen to your needs. They really go above and beyond and I can't say enough good things about my experience working with them.

Chad and Paul are polite guys. However, they provide a lot of lip service only. Make sure to get everything in writing as what I was told was not what was done. I decided to get my cabinets from a local business instead of the big box stores despite their price being higher. I usually try to support the local businesses but I regret this one. We met with Chad, the owner, at the shop and looked at the different styles of cabinets. He was polite. Set up an appointment to have him come out to take measurements of our kitchen. It took about 1 week to get the drawings from Paul after the measurements were taken. Ordered my cabinets the first week of July and got them delivered mid-August. Decided to go with their installation service since I already spent this much money for the cabinets just in case anything else happens. Big mistake. They were not up front that their main installer only works for them part time. When he came to do our install, he typically stayed for 3-4 hours (actual working time is 3 hours, 1 hour to set up and clean up). He would only come 1 day a week for 3 weeks. The installer did stellar work on one day while we were home. Other days, sloppy work. I should not have to supervise him to do his job well. I was told by them that he was one of the best installers in the valley. After more delays (missing items, damaged cabinetry/replacement orders), the process was finally done after 3.5 months. These were not custom cabinets either so the whole process was so disappointing. I think that if all you wanted were cabinets, they are fine. Just install it yourself or hire someone else to do it.

My husband and I made a decision to remodel our kitchen we went looking for ideas and several cabinet shops several granite shops and finally came across Finebuilt Cabinet Paul and Chad were awesome to work with and took all my ideas down and showed me how it would look and they took care of everything, getting the granite and having it installed. I am so happy with the out come

Although I did not purchase anything here I have to brag on this company, specifically Chad Ratzloff. I emailed him regarding a quote for cabinet filler and I believe he replied about an hour later. I know nothing about cabinets or what I needed and Chad was extremely knowledgeable. He told me what to look for and was able to help me get the exact model and color. After multiple emails going back and forth, he explained to me that cabinet filler may not be the right decision for me in the long run. I was shocked. I don't know many people who would take that much time to explain a product and know I was less than knowledgeable about what I needed, and not swoop in for a sale. I so appreciate his knowledge and honesty! I will come here for future cabinet needs and would highly recommend to anyone looking for cabinets, you won't get sold something you don't need! Excellent customer service and great team! Thank you guys !!

We were very happy with the quality of the cabinets we purchased through FCS and the installation process. They look great in our newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. They really bring it all together. On the rare chance that family or a neighbor has safely (masked) popped-in to visit they have been awed by our kitchen. We really appreciate Chad for his design and recommendations. His father, Drew, was also amazing to work with! His install was perfection. Chad stopped by my residence to take a look at my kitchen remodel. FCS responded over a week or so with renderings of the layout and a couple of estimates. Eddie followed up with me serval times. They are professional. They communicate and they want to earn your trust and business. Although I didn't get a chance to hire them for my project I would highly recommend them. No mask wearing during the pandemic.

Chad and Paul are very polite and professional. I think every single one of the reviews show that. Where I differ with some of the reviews, are the claims that they are liars. They aren't! I got what I was promised. Let me just explain what we went through during this process.My wife has been complaining for years about how she hated our Kitchen. Finally, we decided to do something about it and put up new cabinets and flooring and the such. We shopped around and really found no help. No one really had show rooms that could really take you through the process of which cabinets were better and why. It was great to see the differences in build for the price. However, just as it took years for us to make the decisions on getting new cabinets, we had no clue whatsoever on what styles, colors, etc. we would purchase. And, we are really indecisive people. Combine that indecisiveness with the expensive cost of kitchen remodels, this really made it complicated. You really only want to do this once!So, it was September of 2016 when my wife and I walked into FCS to see what they had to offer. After learning about the type of cabinets and working with Chad, he came out to our house to take measurements. Now, this is where the indecisiveness plays a role; once we return back to FCS, Paul had a recommended layout already drawn out for us to review (based on our discussions.) He had showed us a floor plan on where things may be and so forth. However, my wife could not see it. Floor plans look like puzzles to her and she might as well been looking at nothing. Easy fix. Paul uses his computer to give us a 3d rendering of the kitchen and we walk through the space to see the cabinets exactly as they would be, even including our Kitchen Windows. WOW.... my wife could completely see it! And then, could work with the design.We couldn't decide on colors. We couldn't decide on layout. We couldn't decide on the island. So, Paul put together 4 or 5 different type of island configurations and different layouts for the kitchen. This helped tremendously. So, I liked one layout but my wife liked another; so we began configuring and changing two different sets of plans. I think, that at this time, any normal person would have stopped doing business with us. But Paul kept patient, and was actually enthusiastic and passionate about our design. To help us with colors, we took home several different cabinet doors and kept them while looking for other things so we could figure out what we would do.Oh, by the way, this wasn't done in one visit. it was like once every week for 3 months. Finally, near the end of December my wife and I came to an agreement and had a design. Yay!!!!After all of that work, FCS got our down payment. Yup.. three and a half months of working with us and they never received a penny! Chad worked with us on scheduling the delivery and installation around my schedule of getting my demo and floor installs done. The install looks great! All of the equipment functions as promised! I would have pictures up, but my part in this Kitchen upgrade is not yet done. I have some finishing touches to do, and then pictures will come! Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and happy that I chose to do business with FCS. I bought some pretty expensive appliances and I really needed the job done correctly. It was! I couldn't be happier with the process as I believe not many people would have put up with our indecisiveness. Basically, if you need help, good quality or design assistance, FCS will not let you down. Time to celebrate with my celebratory bottle of Blue Label!

What a professional! We were working with a contractor (ICON) to remodel a room, and they introduced us to FCS and Chad for our cabinet needs. Actually we wanted to replace the usual cabinets with drawers to fit the length of the new room (emphasis on storage that was lower, not higher ~ kinda like an entertainment center). The work also included enclosing a refrigerator at one end of the counter, which was beautifully finished off with a 2-door cabinet above it. I only wish I could post a picture of how gorgeous my "cabinets" look! The drawers have Blum Legra full extension slides with soft closures (like butter, they close!). They can hold a substantial amount of weight ~ 2 bottled water flats, no problem. They are sleek, impressive, functional, and they are simply the centerpiece of this new room; they are that beautiful. There was a glitch in the order: the drawer handle pulls were not included ~ not in the invoice, nor in the delivery. Ooops! Here's the professional part: Chad noticed it, said "My bad," then ordered and delivered the handles at his own expense! Everything was on-time and perfectly installed. Chad is great at what he does and it was a pleasure working with him.
