Field Financial

I don't recommend them to anyone! They are very disorganized and doesn't know what customer service is about. Specially for Tim, we came last week and told him we were down the street to see him and when we got to their office, he left and doesn't even bother to give us a heads up. We showed up and no one was there. So disappointing. And now we cancelled them but here we are still waiting for them because they can't find our keys to our place! Really?!! Really?!

As an owner of rental units I have never been treated worse by a rental management company. I had 7 units with them for only three months and they did nothing. They didn't fill a three day notice when necessary. I had to take over before I went broke. When I said I wanted out of the contract the owner said I cant let you out because its a year contract. I had to threaten him by filing a complaint with the consumer affairs before he let me out of the contract.

I used Field Financial for 3 years before having problems. I did have my house rented but in both cases tenants left with no notice and no last months rent and damages costing me money. After the last tenants moved out my house sat vacant for 3 months, it was not managed and with many desperate phone calls I was told they were going to show it that week but that never happened. After contacting another company to see if they could help they sent pictures of the house full of garbage all around it and many more issues due to neglect! After dropping Field Financial and spending a lot of money to fix up the house it was rented within two weeks of going with the new company. Took Field Financial to small claims court to try and recoup lost rent...have not heard the verdict yet. I would not recommend them at all!!!

If I could give them less then one star I would. This company is a joke. The office staff is rude and really have no desire to help anyone. I would not recommend renting from or renting out property from this 2nd rate company.
