Fat Jacks Foodtruck

I grew up eating Fat Jacks it's cool to see them venturing out to the food truck. Food was good just like I remember it being, fries were a bit cold crispy and enjoyable, burger was good. We came out to the event held at Wonder Valley Resort and they were a food truck available here. Pro- food was good, fries crisp but kinda cold.Con- payment large bills $50 to be exact, they had no change meaning even for smaller bills they did not have ones. Used card but they did not do Apple Pay and had to pull my card out of my wallet to make purchase. Wait time was pretty lengthy.

Used to love this place. Just went to the truck. First I noticed the mostly used hand sanitizer bottle in the bucket of ketchup packs. Gross... but for some reason still ordered. 40 something dollars for a 2 meals and a shake. I pull into my driveway and notice the shake straw is filthy. Then the sauce is on the wrong burger. One burger under cooked and the other burned black.

Waited in line for almost 30 minutes and it took another 10 for my order to be ready. There were only two people working the truck during a busy event, I'm assuming one of them was the owner. I felt like this was a crazy wait for a food truck. That being said, the food was delicious. I wanted to be upset but the burger was so good! Even though the two working were swamped with a long line of people they had a great attitude and delivered excellent customer service. This was my first time ordering from the Fat Jacks food truck. I was pretty irritated about waiting so long in the sun but their service and food definitely earned them a good review. Just hope next time the wait isn't as long!

SO GOOD!! Nothing like a FAT JACKS burger!!! Yum!!! Service was amazing... so happy to see them back! The price is worth it...

Food was amazing and everything I remember from my childhood. The customer service was extraordinary, he made sure we got everything we wanted and was patient. We waited in our car and he brought out the burgers to us and gave us extra fries for free! From ordering to getting our food only took about 10 minutes. I will be going back again! Everyone needs to go try Fat Jack's if you see the truck you should stop! My go to is the Fat Jack burger combo with everything on it with grilled onions. You won't be disappointed! Thank you for such a great lunch

I got a hamburger and fries there and they were as good as they were when it was on Shaw. Fries were greasy (as they should be) and they were really good. They showed up at the enzos table on Willow and Shepherd last Saturday for the food truck meet up.

Favorite food truck by far, was always one of my favorite restaurants in Clovis, so happy they have a food truck now.

Very good food, very accommodating service and good portions. I was driving by Belmont and Academy and saw the truck sitting there and wow, the whole family got out and ordered various items on the menu and they were cooked to perfection. The food was amazing. To my surprise they were at the SANGER high school football game and we seized another opportunity to eat some great food..

Bomb food won't eat no other burgers then fat jacks.. I live in Chowchilla and will go and eat fat Jack's burger and there amazing fries

It sure was great to see Fat Jacks again, even at its current mobile status. My brother & I both had chili dogs and a A&W Root Beer from a can. I couldn't resist getting my frito boat as well. Even though Fat Jacks is back as a mobile truck, to us it seemed as if it never left. To me, it was like traveling Back to the Future in the Delorean with Doc Brown or Marty Mcfly in 1985! Thanks again for the family of Jack O Day, for bringing back Fat Jacks to the Central Valley once again! :). Since I'm living in Visalia, I can't wait until I get back to Clovis & Fresno one day in the near future.
