We are repeat customers ofFashion, Furniture and have purchased everything from bedroom sets to living room furniture, and more. This latest order included a rocking chair for our new nursery. We shopped the Memorial Day Sale to find great deals in store and were even greeted by the general manager who made sure we have everything we needed. Although the sales associate was a little pushier than we would have liked, we received great service and the chair was in stock, delivered two days later. The delivery drivers were incredibly friendly, efficient, careful, prompt, and made sure everything was working and to our liking before they left. Another great interaction with Fashion Furniture!

The customer service at Fashion Furniture was memorable. Roger, who was the employee that assisted me with my purchase of a dinning table & sectional couch did an awesome job on walking me through the pros and cons of what I should and shouldn't get since I have four large dogs. I was pleased with the communication and patience from the staff. They made my experience pleasant and I will definitely come back to buy my bedroom set. The last furniture store (Mor Furniture) I went to had terrible customer service and only cared about how much they sold to their customers to make their monthly goals. The quality of their furniture was terrible. Do not shop at "Mor Furniture" on Blackstone. Go to Fashion Furniture instead. Overall, Roger and the rest of the staff did an outstanding job explaining the products and the warranty they offer. The warranty they offer is pretty expensive but it does cover A LOT of things if something was to happen to my furniture. Awesome store and great staff. I will definitely be back!

I don't usually write negative reviews but... The furniture seems to be quality, but the delivery really makes me mad! Apparently they value their Urban customers way more than their rural customers. Because they only have a truck that goes out every 2 weeks or so and if you happen to miss that date you have to wait another 2 weeks or so. I don't know why they can't just put it on a truck and drive the 30 minutes up the hill. Just driving across town could take just as long or longer. I was ok with the 12 weeks they said it would take to get the bedframe because they had to order it (not really happy with that either but I could live with it) But the dresser and night stands were in stock! Ordered them Jan 2 and won't be delivered until feb 2. Thinking of canceling my order!After I posted this they called and moved the delivery day to jan 25

As I was on my way to another furniture store I made a quick decision to go in to Fashion Furniture since I was driving by. So glad I did. Roger was excellent, professional and respectful. He greeted me but allowed me to walk and look on my own. He let me know he could answer my questions and did so without being pushy or "salesy". I was able to get what I went in looking for and had it delivered in less than 24 hours- I am grateful. We just moved here and needed pieces ASAP. Definitely will go back.

Michael Plowman was our sales rep sold us an amazing dinette set. Was tired of all the particle board sets we saw at other vendors in the Fresno area. Michael was patient as we sorted through the tables trying to find what fit our vision. Michael listened to what we liked and disliked on each set and was able to guide us to a great set. We liked it so much we came back a couple days later to purchase a kitchen cart. We had a few bumps in the road on getting the set ordered. Store manager Jerry got involved and addressed all of our concerns. Appreciate the Fashion Furniture staff and all their help during our purchases.

We started buying furniture from Fashion Furniture when we first got married. That's 50 years ago, this July ! Rod has always gone above and beyond to get us great furniture, at a great price. Customer service is always great, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We still have a couple of the first pieces of furniture we bought early in our marriage ,now that's Quality Furniture.

I was greeted by Kevin Dyck who was friendly and easy going. Wasn't exactly sure what I wanted but knew I had a price range in mind. Kevin showed me around the store and he never made me feel like I was wasting his time. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered the many questions I had. I told him I would have to go home and think about my decision and he didn't pressure me to decide right away. I came back the next day and made my decision after going back and forth about price. Kevin brought the General Manager, Ryan, out to meet me and he and I spent some time together discussing the quality of the furniture I presently had and I learned the furniture I had (which was 20 years old) had a lifetime warranty and that I had a very high end manufacturer. I would highly recommend buying from this company and I look forward to working with them in the future.

My partner and I were looking for a dresser and nightstands to add to our bedroom. There were quite a few places in the area to look around at and we came across this establishment and decided to come here first. As we walked in we were greeted by Nadine Walker. She did not ask us what we were looking for she just said "Hi" and stared at us, so I started the conversation by telling her what we needed. She then looks to another sales person standing beside her and what seems to me like she rolled her eyes and made a comment about how "this was going to be fun" and the gentleman replied to Nadine saying "you'll be able to put something together" and then looked at us and said "Have fun guys", which mind you, my partner and I are two millennials who not only have good jobs but we're also new homeowners just trying to furnish our house AND we're also not stupid, we understand "you get what you pay for" and buying new furniture is an investment. Anywho, Nadine then walks us to the bedrooms sets and we start looking around and I come across the "La Grange Collection" by "Hooker Furniture" a BEAUTIFUL 3 Drawer Accent Chest and as i'm looking at it Nadine comes behind me and I kid you not says "Oh that's for when you're older honey, did you look at the price?" Excuse me? Yes, I saw the price and its $1,800? So? Her comment literally took me by surprise and of course i snapped back saying that it "actually wasn't too expensive, we could definitely afford it, we have no budget." So as Nadine continues to show us around I have completly drowned her out by this point because that comment alone ruined my experience and then she still has the audacity to show us items that were on "Markdown" Now, I don't know if it was because of how we were dressed, the way we looked, our ethnicity, WHATEVER it could have been regardless i should NOT feel like i am getting treated less than when I walk into ANY establishment. My partner and I were on a mission with money to spend and unfortunately with her horrible customer service and snarky comments, it ruined my experience which luckily for us worked out in the end because we found another furniture store with outstanding customer service, just as good quality items and an overall better experience than here. Would not recommend this place if it was the last furniture store on this planet :)

Fantastic customer service! We purchased two recliners over 5 years ago and they needed some repairs due to a motor going out. Joe was our technician. He came out and they replaced motors on both chairs and the mechanisms to the chairs so that they are now like brand new. Joe and his partner were so efficient, professional and quick. Couldn't believe it. From the time we called about our chairs to the time they fixed them was only a few days. The best customer service I have seen in a long time. And we love our Flexsteel chairs.
