Fashion Cut

I have been going to Dawn for 18 years!! I always leave feeling like a million bucks. She listens and gives you what you want. I have tried plenty of other salons in Fresno and Clovis, but Dawn keeps me coming back to her. I will happily drive a hour for my hair appointments.

I have been getting my hair done by dawn for 15 years . The salon is not much to look at from the out side. But she is the highlights queen and super affordable. She charges me any where from 50-100 for multi color highlight, cut, and style.

Jasmin literally glued my eyelash extensions to the skin of my eyelids. After two weeks I went to a professional to get them removed and they had the hardest getting them off my skin/eyelashes. Left my eyelids super irritated and swollen. Thankfully the other salon was able to save most of my real eyelashes!

I believe she did a very good job on my big head she kept me and my bro clean and crisp

I have been going here and having Dawn cut my hair for 5 years. Dawn does a great job. I always leave feeling absolutely gorgeous and loving my hair. That is the reason this rating is not lower.This review is for Irma. I warn you all DO NOT LET THIS LADY CUT YOUR HAIR.I went in and got my hair cut last week.I paid for a cut and style and left a generous tip. When I went home I realized it was uneven. When I went back to show Irma, she said she would fix it. Didn't apologize- just said she would fix it. After she finished my hair it was 4-5 inches shorter, asymmetrical, styled like I was in the 90's with many pieces pointing outwards. I asked her why she curled my hair under (This was not the style I paid for) and if she was going to do so, why didn't she curl ALL of it under. My hair looked confused. If you have seen the Friends episode where Phoebe messes up Monica's hair- That's how confused my hair is. If I was a superficial person I would cry. Believe me, I want to.I am a pretty understanding person. I bought in a picture. I told her if she could not do this simple cut, I would pick another cut. I drove all the way back across town to give her another try. I get that my hair is not going to look EXACTLY like a picture of someone else's hair. I do not however understand the awful attitude I received. She told me and I quote, "Your hair is too thick. I can do anything to hair, but your hair is not going to look like that." I asked her why is she telling me this AFTER cutting my hair TWICE?? I asked her why pieces were sticking out in the wrong direction. Her response, "That's just how you hair goes. I can't CONTROL your hair. There's nothing else I can do for you." Sure, blame my hair, it's clearly the problem. I can take a lot. But that attitude? Inexcusable.I will go back and make sure I schedule with Dawn.
