It's obviously not wallyMart and definitely not waldreems but it's a great place to go if you're in a hurry to get either one thing or lots of things. I go in my super relaxed clothes to find batteries, dish soap, doggie treats or even hair products and socks. They don't have too much of a selection of different brands of similar products but they have a lot of great things that I'd need if I didn't wanna make an extra to a bigger supermarket or superstore. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, it's clean, not overwhelmingly crowded, and just around the block from our house. 5 stars for sure!

Worst customer service !!!! Literally driving threw town just to stop for female supplies attempted to purchase supplies I did not see any sort of signs that state where the line started so I stood behind some one and another cashier opened up another register while I was standing in front of her and choose to cash someone else out due to me not standing in form of a line that no signs appeared to stand . After announced I didn't know where to stand cus I'm not from here nor do I see a sign that says form a line she still told me she would have to take the person that came after me instead of her seeing me stand in front of her looking lost! And even at that the lady was bumping music so loud I can nearly hear myself talk. This is the worst family dollar I've ever experienced! Thank god I don't leave near by!!!

Suckiest store ever, post a damn sign saying don't enter without mask or you won't be able to pay, sell masks.i went next door to groceries, bought a bandana n everything else I needed for cheaper price,n payed, without the bandana on.im all for wearing masks, riding bike n forgot it,but that's no reason to not let me pay for my items I shopped for for fifteen minutes.your stocking clerks had their masks on their necks n the girl coming in for her shift wasn't wearing one at all yet.if you are going to enforce it,do it your selves

Family Dollar would not exchange a defective$16 fan that I purchased and returned with receipt 10 mintes after purchasing due to covid-19. They stated it's to protect employees from the covid 19 virus because the item had left the store. Gee they had no problem with excepting my cash that was brought into the store to make the purchase that they have no way of knowing if it in fact came into contact with the covid 19 virus, The cashier wasn't even wearing gloves or a mask whilst excepting my money for the defective product. I think stores like Family Dollar are using the current pandemic to rip off their customers all under the ruse of being able to claim themselves as an essential business. Gee... I've been out of work for 6 weeks w/o a paycheck because my employer has not been deemed as an essential business. I hope each one of my $16 spent to purchase a non exchangeable defective product was infested with the covid 19 virus thus infecting everyone that works for Family Dollar. I will never shop there again and I typically spend about $150 per month at Family Dollar. Take that FAMILY RIP-OFF!
