Came in as a walk in very nervous at first but niki I believe her name is was amazing she did my full face and eyebrows and I got what I requested! Also she was very nice explained every thing and also took her time and asked what kind of shape I was use to! The place is so cute and clean I'm over due need to go in again!

Aasma is great! She's very nice and knows what she's doing. Thank you Aasma for making my eyebrows look beautiful.

I come here often and have great experiences. But it occurred to me that my experience for thisservice, was depended on who I was with.The young ladies are great, lovely really, but the older lady isn't as sweet.I came in today for their eyebrow service and she seated me and kept touching my face without warning very rudely. She also continued to chew hergum in my face while doing the service which was really uncomfortable and unprofessional. I hated my eyebrows after, I just wanted to get out of there. Another time I had brought my boyfriend to get his eyebrows done as well. Unfortunately for him she hurted him because and was being too rough which cause irritation to his skin not long after...

If I could give 0 stars I would Worst experience I've had getting my eyebrows done or what's left of them after coming to this place not once did the lady ask or show me how my eyebrows looked or if I liked how they where looking after I told her that she left me with barely any eye brows she decides to tell me sorry but you didn't really have any to start with will never be coming back ever ‍

Aasma serviced me today, good prices, good results. I always get my eyebrows threaded here and it lasts a while and takes longer and longer for the hairs to grow back as long as you're consistent with it. It's typically pretty laid back and chill here, and the workers typically will have good conversation with you while they working, which typically distracts you from the threading.

I always go here and have always had my eyebrows done by the young lady's that work here with no issues. They are always so kind and gentle. However, when I went in this weekend, it was a very different experience. I had my eyebrows done by an older woman who grabbed and moved my face very aggressively. She was so rough that I could not wait to leave. When she would work on one side of my brows, she would apply pressure to the opposite eye and eyelashes. I have eye lash extensions, and when I left I had fallout from my lashes. My receipt says my cashier was Jyoti, but I don't know how accurate it is. I went to the location off of mooney the lady, was an older woman who was rude and too aggressive. Please talk to your staff and let them know aggressively handing customers is going to hurt business! Customer service can either make or break a business! This was not good customer service

update this person message me since they didn't like my real and honest review im just saying it how it is they are the unprofessional ones with grammar mistakes amd how they made us feel at the "salon" which is a very unpleasant place please tell your workers to be sanitary and go take a shower we could all smell the disgusting odor from the door i did not want to be disrespectful but they are calling me a liar because of an honest review#butthurt

Good people, good service!! Nice ambiance. The vibe is great. They provide threading, henna and Microblading!! Awesome salon in the area.

Great job, I love the way way my eyebrows came out! However this visits wait time was too long. There was only one person working in the building and aside from the person she was already helping, and had a line of 5 ladies waiting to be helped. I waited for close to an hour and half from start to finish.
