I've come here about 3 times now. The first time I came was because a family member mentioned an eyebrow place that was here in Visalia, so decided...why not try it out. The first time I came, I was not impressed but not dissatisfied. The gal working was very nice though! The second time I came was during the day. It was a young lady (different lady from the first time). I wanted my brows and forehead done and when I explained what I wanted done on my forehead, the girl told me "you should let this grow out so it looks nicer and natural". If I ask someone who I'm paying to do something, I expect it to be done without questioning me. So that was a huge turn off. I left and my brows were so horribly uneven and so unbelievably thin. I was honestly set on never returning because of how awful my eyebrows were left. Not very many places are open so I decided to come back to this location and give them one more try. I came right at open on the third time and the gal working showed up late. She did a great job on my brows but did miss a lot of hairs on my forehead. Overall, based on the brows, I was happy. This is the fourth time here and I arrived 10 minutes early. It is advertised outside their door that they will be back at 10am and online it is advertised as 11am. So I decided to wait until 11am. It is exactly 11:20 am as I am writing this review and nobody is here. I am standing outside the business and the phone is continuously ringing from inside. This is very frustrating because I made the drive from Hanford out to Visalia only to find they are not open. I absolutely will not be returning to this eyebrow location again.

I came down to The Valley for the weekend and I was in desperate need in having my eyebrows cleaned. Thanks to Yelp I'm so happy I discovered this place! I've never been so pleased with my experience, whenever I'm back here, I'll for sure be coming back.

This is such a fantastic place to get your eye brows threaded! Been coming here for a while now and they are always quick and do such a fantastic job shaping my eye brows. They have multiple girls working and they've always been great. No complaints and will continue to come back.

Fast service and they leave my brows looking amazing! Not to mention they are super nice. Would recommend.

They have either a long line or no line and they still cannot do your eyebrows correctly. They even had a photo shoot going on that was not related to doing eyebrows. Let me tell you awkward! The lady (Andrea) who did mine made one higher than the other one. I was literally mortified. I had an event the next day and had to fill in my brows which I never do. If I could give anyone the best advice is to DEFINITELY DO NOT GO HERE!! Worst service ever and rude. Now I go somewhere else that is 100× better. Find a different place!

I don't know the gals name but she completely messed up my eyebrows made one super thin and the other thicker never again !!! Now to let them grow back in she def shouldn't be doing eyebrows

Avoid this location. My experience has consistently been bad. The people they hire seem to not care how to do the job correctly which is a shame because a lot people rely on services like these to feel and look their best. I have since taken my business elsewhere.

Finally grew out my brows to have them shaped professionally. Going to this place was a mistake. The older women kept grunting and heaving in my face or when the thread would break. Also she uses the same hairy spooly on all her clients . My brows are so so thin. I should've known when I saw the outdated eyebrow chart that I would be left with short, thin curved brows

I don't usually come to this location, I usually go to the one inside the Sequoia Mall, but since that one is still closed I decided to try this one. I will absolutely NOT be coming back to this location. My eyebrows were absolutely BUTCHERED. The young lady doing my eyebrows was kind, but she just butchered my brows.

Monica is by far the worst eyebrow threader i've ever had do my eyebrows. They're uneven, not clean, they were very rushed, and it doesn't even look like I got my eyebrows done. Never get your eyebrows done by Monica.
