My daughter and I decided to stop in and see what this place had, because we often like to try snacks from other countries whenever we see them. The guy running the place was very friendly and welcoming. He's only been open since April so a lot of people probably haven't heard of this store yet, but it's got a great central location on Blackstone near Bullard. Parking was very convenient, right in front of the store. The store is set up nicely by category (noodles, cookies, chips, candy, drinks, etc.). It's easy to find what you're looking for, and if you have any questions, the owner is very helpful.Right now, there's a lot of room in the store to add even more snacks, because the owner's plan (wise, I think) is to start with a few different things, see what's popular, and build accordingly). He mentioned that the chocolate Ritz crackers are popular (I can see why -- very yummy), so no doubt he'll continue to stock those. Also he mentioned expanding to other types of snacks as he fills his store. That's a good idea. See what the people want, right? And add more as your business grows. He mentioned getting some Mexican snacks in the store, and that makes a lot of sense. I bet there's a market for those -- we always like Mexican candy. He also has a "mystery box" option -- and that looks very fun, so go check that out. It would be a good gift for someone who likes to try new foods, or for a hard-to-buy-for person. Your gift recipient might have a lot of things, but you know they don't already have lobster flavored potato chips! On today's trip, we got the chocolate Ritz, mango Oreos (both delicious!), roasted garlic oyster potato chips (oysters are not my thing, but my daughter said the chips tasted _exactly_ like roasted garlic oysters), and a couple of drinks. We only tried one of the drinks so far -- the peach flavored one -- we were expecting a "fruit flavored drink" but it was more like actual juice, with pulp. That was a nice surprise. It was very good. The only other thing to mention is that the snacks are a bit expensive, so you need to expect that, but that's not too surprising right? There's not the volume, in a small snack store specializing in items you can't get anywhere else, that would allow them to match the same prices as, say, FoodMaxx can get from plain old Lay's chips, you know? So expect to pay more, but these are really fun treats.I hope lots of people will go check out this store. There's nothing else like it in Fresno! Support a unique local business!

Great experience and really interesting! Snacks from all over the world! The owner was very nice, easy to talk to and he let me know of some goods coming in that sound great too! Definitely a hidden gem! I ended up getting birthday Oreos from Japan and another sweet treat labeled 5 star from India. Checked out and the worker wished me a good day! Great service and store! Highly recommended!

The snack options are little verities but interesting. There's also drinks and even those interesting my dad and I found a Coca Cole that was made out of mint and ramen even that sounded gross in my opinion. Some of the snacks are in a different language so you can ask an employee to translate. The room is very dule and sad it was not what I had in mind. It's was a very odd experience and a fun one picking out snacks

Looks empty even though they aren't. Don't know why they don't offer the more popular items than generic brands but overseas flavors. Some of them you can get at Asian stores for cheaper. Other reviews with pictures are pretty much what the store carries. From ramune, lays, oreos, KitKat and others. It's nice to have this type of store but it isn't for me.

Pepsi was "not" expired according to owner response, but date says 2023-03-05.According to Google:"Per the USDA, you can easily drink diet soda up to three months after it expires and regular soda up to nine months post-expiration date.""Eventually flavor and carbonation will decrease."Pepsi was flat and had no carbonation. Did not enjoy a soda that tastes like flat sugared juice.Costed $8 for Pepsi and $6 for bag of chips, making the total $16 (after accessing owner response). They have korean spicy noodles and Thai chips too, but tbh just go to Asian stores they have that for cheaper, and they're imported too. Will be taking my business somewhere else like the business suggested. Thanks!

Expired food. Called when I got home and the Owner says "the expiration date is a manufacturer date and it's good for a year after the date on the package." Mind you I spent 90$ on food for a gift on December 23 of 2023 and out of 10 items only 2 had a current date. There were 3 items from 2022 and in 5 days it'll be 2024. He said he'd refund 21$ out of the 90$ for the items dated 2022. I sent my Venmo multiple times. Texted him as he requested and still haven't heard back or received a refund. All this to say, the year old expired dates may not be unsafe to eat, but they're certainly not fresh. 8/10 items with dates MORE than 8 months past their freshness date and 3/8 of those items were over 14 months past their expiration date. I live a half hour away and told him I can't drive back over there to return expired food. - I'd like my 90$ back or at least the 21$ he said he'd refund.Update: after googling other numbers connected to the business I just requested Venmo money from any number associated with the store and finally 1/3 worked and I received my credit partial refund.

Do not go it's such a rip off for barely any snacks? It was not exotic go to world market for better snacks. 20$? For three drinks really? This place sucks don't go. They barely have any options and when I walked in the store stunk of hard core gross cologne. And the service was bad it was just a young wanna be hoodlin kid. Don't go.

Great selection. The guy at the register was kind and even suggested and told us about a sale. I will return to purchase other items. What I paid for my items are affordable and all I got adds up to what I would pay if I was purchasing a box of items. Can't wait for my kids to try them.
