I've been with this office for the past 5 years and every time I've been there I've had a positive experience. I recently visited for an annual exam and I have been seen by both Dr. John and Dr. Wilson. They both are such good people. They have great personalities and are so genuine when talking to you and make you feel safe with them taking care of you. The shields location however, I can't remember the doctors name but I was seen by one of the female doctor and she was pretty blunt and made me never want to see another doctor. Lol at least at the Shaw location they break it to you easy that you're unhealthy

I saw the nurse practitioner, Michael Palms, for an issue that I couldn't get resolved with my PCP. They were able to get me in for an appointment on short notice, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and Michael was absolutely incredible. He was prompt, professional, and listened to all of my issues and complaints before coming up with a helpful treatment plan. Weeks of stress and back and forth with my PCP came to a quick end here, super thankful for Michael and his amazing staff!

The doctor is only in Monday-Wednesday. Great schedule for the doctor. Not for patients. I came early to my appointment--and I've been sitting in the doctors office for 20+ minutes (after waiting in the reception). The automatic light has gone out multiple times while I wait. Last time I came in he didn't remember my name. It is written on all the paperwork he sees before he enters the room.5/12 update. 1pm appointment. I show up early. Still waiting for doctor (1:44pm) with no empathy and who doesn't care. I need to find a new doctor. I tell myself this every time I come here.

I was feeling horrible last week. I called Thursday afternoon and they were able to get me in that same hr! To top it off I was out in less than 45 min (I was a new patient). Dr. John is amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable, he takes his time with you, which is a plus for me. The staff there as well are super friendly and the office is clean.I was also in today, I called this morning and they were able to squeeze me in. I've been having alot of problems going on and they are able to help me out. I was also out within 45 mins. Super like!

I drove across town to get an covid antibody test since the employee on the phone had said that they did not see ill patients at this location. A WEEK LATER they call me to say that they reportedly had left my blood for the lab, but that it had not been picked up. No apology, and they wanted to know if I wanted to come back in to have my blood drawn again?! At this point, if I'm going to take out more time and use more gas, I'm not going back to Everyday Healthcare as they have shown to be negligent and to not follow up on matters. On top of this, they had the gall to bill my insurance for a service they didn't really render.

I showed up to be treated & they're on lunch? What's the point of seeing an urgent care doctor if they're not available during business house. Complete waste of my lunch break.

Staff is kind, caring, patient and thorough. What more can I ask for. I'm a travel RN and stopped by in my home city to visit family and I wish I had visited this clinic sooner. Thank you for your services and I will be recommending this clinic to family and friends. Don't hesitate just go make an appointment.

Dr Wilson have been my son's doctor for the past 5 years and every time we've been to see the Doctor it has been very positive experience. He is a very positive doctor who takes the time to listen and try to find the best solution to your problem. I would highly recommend him as a Doctor.
