My 2nd review.... So 5 years in, a third of my panels were malfunctioning. Evan's Energy was awesome. They helped me file a warranty claim, stood by me the whole way through, and after getting paid out on my warranty claim, they immediately came out and uninstalled the old system and replaced it with a new system that provides 33% more energy generation than I ever had before. What could have been a very nerve racking experience was handled professionally and efficiently. Thank you to the entire Evans Energy team!

Loved the whole thing from start to finish. They arrived on time. Big plus these days. The job was completed with 2 days as promised. Their customer service is outstanding. Money was not due till after the inspection. If you're looking for a solar company to trust try them you will not be disappointed. Top quality material was used.

The solar panel, control panel and replacement electrical panel look and work great. After installation, I saw the PG&E meter display negative readings. The air conditioner was running!The electrical conduits are well placed and not noticeable. The conduit running down the exterior wall to the panels were painted to match the color of the wall. Very nice touch. Ashlie stayed in touch with us from scheduling, permitting and PG&E and city inspections,and approvals. I would recommend Evans Energy to anyone wanting a solar energy system.

I am an employee at Evans Energy. After seeing an ex employees post I felt compelled to respond with my experience. I absolutely love this company! ALL of my co-workers are amazing at their jobs! The owner Zack Evans spoils us rotten with great gear, tools, lunches and even Christmas gifts. He does everything on the up and up which makes me proud to be a part of his team. If you have something in your family to take care of, for example your child is sick or you have a doctor's appointment, you are given the time you need to take care of your family because this is a family owned business and they care about their employees and their customers. Thank you Zack for the opportunity and for being such an amazing boss. I'm sorry that not everyone appreciates all that you have done for them... You ROCK!As far as how Zack treats his customers, he doesn't ask for any money upfront. The job is completely done and signed off by a building inspector before asking for a single penny. Not only is the job done correctly...It's aesthetically pleasing. You won't find conduit all over the roof, instead he will put it in the attic, if that can't happen he paints the conduit to match the roof. It doesn't get any better than that...All black American made panels with the best warranty in the business. Happy customers and happy employees that's what you get with Evans Energy! The system installed is engineered specifically to our energy usage history unlike some companies where the more solar panels sold the more commission for the sales person.The workmanship was first class...no exposed conduits on my roof. The support and staff response was excellent. Highly recommended.

We are really Happy with everything. They gave us a quote in one day with everything., When they started everyone was on time. Job looks awesome. We have ground mount and they guys cleaned up and did a great job. Very happy and would recommend .

Great company and people! They installed a system that produces the target I gave them. I'm very happy with my set up! A few of my coworkers recommended Evans to me and I'd recommend them to anyone.

My solar panels were installed in March 2024. Still paying EDISON no fault of Evan's. Everybody I came in contact with at Evan's from installers to owner Zachary all said what they did and did what they said. Integrity is super important to me and to Evan's energy as well . Apparently, Great quality work, On time, they return calls.ithas since rained since my install and no leaks. I would definitely recommend Evans energy for my solar needs.

I had a large ground mount solar system installed and what a head ache, first of all I signed a contract with them in February of last year they told me it would be installed at the end of May , May came and went it was in December when they showed up told me it was going to take 4days two weeks later after my place looked like a bomb went off in my yard I'm not kidding, one trench 12" took out my side drive to the back of my property which is about 10' wide then they had no intention of cleaning it up until I got on their ass about it , sprinkler pipe ever water bottles everywhere these guys were pigs l came home one day and three cars are parked on my front lawn no lie !!! Calling the office did nothing, the system is great very happy, the crew themselfs horrible and the owner is worthless his name is Zack and the woman in the office, you could get anyone off the street to do her job she does not return phone calls or even answer the phones terrible customer service

Very rarely do I post reviews for products I purchased, or for services rendered. However, in this case it is warranted. If you are looking for a local, honest, solar installation company, I highly recommend Evans Energy. They do all the right things for their customers. From the first time you speak with Ashlie, through the installation process, and your PTO (Permission to Operate) from PG&E, Ashlie is there to explain everything to you and is always available in case you need questions answered. The installation crew was also fantastic. They installed 25 panels within 2 days. Chris (foreman) was very informative and answered all my questions. If you are looking for solar you need to let Evans Energy do the installation for you. I would like to add that this post was not solicited by anyone at Evans. I feel that when you find a company that meets the customers needs, you need to let everyone know how good they are.
