Esteem Med Spa

My experience with Esteem has been nothing short of amazing! I'm someone who dealt with terrible acne as a teen and although I've since treated my acne, I have my scars as a reminder. It's always been something I've wanted to get treated and I am happy to have found Esteem and my providers, Michelle and Angie, who have been treating me. I've had 4 treatments of microneedling and PRP and I see a major change in my skin. I am excited to continue my treatment plan and share my results. If you are looking for a place that can provide the knowledge and expertise to deliver results I highly recommend them!

I love a steam Medspa, Angie is my go to girl for all things injectable's, she is a great listener & pays attention to detail,she is also very honest and gentle, I would highly recommend anyone going to see Angie, tell her that I sent you. You will most certainly not be disappointed.

Esteem Med Spa is awesome!Dr. Riolo is great, but her FNP (Angie Silva) is amazing also. Angie knows exactly how much to do.... and won't let the patient make a mistake of going overboard withLip filler or anything else. I totally trust her judgement and know I am in good hands with her, so I can just sit back and relax. Cody is super helpful and got me started on the Obagi skin care line , ( also known as ZO). Cody is patient and takes time to answer all of my questions. She doesn't just send you home with a bunch of products. Cody explains what each item is for and how it best suits my skin.The staff helped me get an appointment and was so considerate when I explained I would be driving from L.A. Never going any place else. They are the BEST!!!!

I received 2nd degree burns on my face after a Pico laser treatment with Elisa Aleman at Esteem Medical Spa. I reported the blisters and send pictures to theoffice the Monday following my Friday afternoon appointment. I was called by nurse Angie to discuss- I was told she would talk to Dr. Riolo & call me back. I didn't receive a call back until Thursday. The staff and Dr. Riolo are completely unprepared and unprofessional in a circumstance such as this. I was given no treatment, there was no urgency to help alleviate the burns, and never once did I speak with or see Dr. Riolo. I emailed Dr. Riolo three times and she never once emailed me back. I would never recommend this office for any type of treatment.

Walking into this place feels like your walking into your own personal spa. The staff are very welcoming. As soon as you come in for your appointment, they greet you by your name as if they were anxiously waiting for. They do a great job of making you feel comfortable and taken care off throughout every interaction. I can't say enough about Lauren and her hydra facial service. So far, I've received four hydra facials from Lauren and I can't express how improved my skin has become. I first came to Lauren because I was lost on how to treat my adult acne. At first, I was like most guys and hesitant to get a facial. From the very beginning, Lauren made the entire experience very relaxing. She educated me on my skin type and explained why I couldn't seem to get a handle on my acne. She told me what skin products work and what products don't work at all. She offered skin care products that she said would help with my situation, but never tried to push product on me like a corny saleswomen. I've gotten to the point now where I look forward to every facial appointment. They're so relaxing and a great way to treat yourself. I highly recommend Lauren to anyone, especially a guy, who's having skin trouble. If I've learned anything from Lauren, it's that your skin is an investment. So I'll continue booking my facial appointments with her.
