Honestly the massage therapists and everyone there is absolutely amazing.. but whomever owns this place I feel kinda screwed me over. Long story short I bought a couples massage gift cards about two months ago for $185. Today when I finally used it I was told I owed $40 more. I was told that the costs had increased, I totally understand that but as a returning customer who bought the couples massage for $185 previously I felt as if that should of been honored. Nonetheless the people there are amazing and the front desk girl was super apologetic so this negativity isn't aimed at them.I'm very happy to say that they rectified the situation immediately and credited me back the $40.

I went for a prenatal massage a few months ago and I was greeted by a friendly face in the reception area. I was promptly escorted back to a dimly-lit room where I undressed and laid down on a well-cushioned massage table topped with a soft towel. I wish I could remember who did the prenatal massage, because it was amazing. I was whisked away and my aches and pains melted off of me as I slept through most of my massage. I awoke a new woman. The time before that, I gifted my husband a couple's massage for his birthday. Alright I will admit, it was a gift for myself too. The ambiance was perfect and the massages even more so. The massage therapists really know what they're doing! I would highly recommend Estancia for all massage needs...and I am so ready to return because my back is KILLING ME. See y'all soon!

Microblading with Erin! Hands down the best ever! She took me from NO brows to full and perfect brows and I couldn't be happier! They also do great massages here!

Clean, calm environment. Friendly, inviting staff.I called the day before I wanted several services performed as I was flying in from out of state and decided last minute to indulge prior to a friend's wedding. The gal on the phone was incredibly patient as we worked through a few option to accommodate all I wanted; facial, massage, underarm waxing & a Brazilian. In the end, we figured it all out.Once there and checked in, I started with a facial. Smooth techniques and I left rejuvenated. Onto the massage with Jenny(?): full body with some focus on upper back, she applied pressure when/where needed without guidance. She knows what she's doing. Exited feeling improved, but not groggy, which I have from some massages. This was a good thing since our schedule involved a wedding in the afternoon. Back to my facial person for waxing. She wasted no time in letting my know this is her position in the industry and I shouldn't be modest. She made light conversation while getting up in my business and everything was finished before I knew it. Perfect professional!I recommend this salon 110%.

Just got finished with Maria Rodriquez. She is super amazing and the friendliest manicurist. I love how my nails came out. I added a few pictures. She was accommodating to my schedule and was able to get me in. I look forward to coming back.!

Originally I gave them a 1 star on customer service because I was not happy they incorrectly booked my spa package. I scheduled 2 months ago for my moms birthday and the day before they call saying they have a cancellation and moved up our appointment. We arrive and they tell us we are only getting a facial that the massage wasn't booked. They should have email confirmation of what was booked so these errors don't happen especially for people who live out of town and travel here specifically for the day.However the facial was great and by the end of the appointment they offered to give us a credit to come back or lunch on them. So customer satisfaction improved.

I have received two massages here with Jeni and Erin. The first was a couples massage, and I was 4 months pregnant so it was a gentler prenatal massage. It was amazing, and I was asked to fill out a questionnaire prior to the massage in order for the masseuse to better understand my problem areas, my comforts and needs. I was so relaxed and calm after that massage, I even fell asleep during it. My second massage was with Erin and it was fantastic again. I opted for the deep tissue and even with the increase in pressure and intensity than my initial experience, I fell asleep again. I left that appt feeling so relaxed and even a little sore. I was advised to drink lots of water afterward and felt that was necessary. I felt so refreshed and 'light' for weeks after that massage. The atmosphere of the salon and space is so relaxed, warm and inviting, that you immediately feel comfortable. The rooms are warm and the blankets are weighted. Never before have I found a place where I can completely release the metal load of everyday life, kids, work and stressors. Worst every single penny.

I recommend booking a massage with Jeni. She is amazing!! Really great way to treat myself to some relaxation. Really clean facility and friendly staff. Jeni made my first time experience at this spa wonderful. I totally suggest getting the Celluma Pro LED as an add on, it's worth it!

Jen was amazing!!! Her communication was prompt and easy to book. It's been a minute that this mama took some time for herself and had no regrets. Thank you Jen for starting off my New Years on a great note.

I had micro blading done by DALINDA. She was very attentive and listened to me. She's was extremely informative and answered all my questions. She made sure I was comfortable with the process before starting any treatment. You can tell she cares that you will be happy with the final product .
