Called them to get a quote on some glass work to be done at my home. They gave me a day that they would come measure. They never showed up, I called the next day and was advised that they were at a job late. But they could call to let me know?? Finally they came, took measurements and advised that it would be possibly 2 weeks to get what I was asking for. No problem. 2 weeks pass and I call to get an up date. I'm told by the girl on the phone that she wasn't sure and she would call me right back. No call back, I called the next day and was told the same and No call back. This all took place about a week after Thanksgiving, and as of today, 1/21/23 I have heard nothing from this company. I called The Glass Shop and my project was completed in a week. Do not use this company!!!

Update: Changing review to bad. I am a repeat customer and it has taken 2 months for them to complete two jobs, one being a screen install and another being measurements for whole house window quote. I have contacted them 4 times and they keep saying they'll come. Really?Old review:Went with these guys because I got a much better vibe than from the glass shop. They were also willing to work with my requests more to accomodate me. Recommended.

I loved the work that the ESM Glass Team has done. I called to have them replace my mom's shower door with a new one and it slides so smoothly. I definitely will be coming back to ESM Glass in the future!

I had my windshield replaced here. The customer service is topped by none. Mike was a great guy that knew exactly what I needed and was able to get me in and out fast. He saved me as much money as possible and was completely honest and upfront with what the costs were and what the market was and even showed me how he was saving me money. I recommend ESM Glass to anyone looking to get anything done that involves glass. It's nice to find legitimate small businesses that care about their customers and are there to provide excellent service. Thank you Mike! And thank you for supporting our Military.
