Energy House

We just had our new hot-tub placed in our backyard today. The three service techs were awesome and efficient. It was no small task to remove the old (approx 18 yrs) tub and set the new tub. We bought the old tub from them too! Liz came out and explained the startup procedures to my wife and I. Kevin and Steve were helpful and patient with our questions as we shopped. We have purchased 2 hot-tubs and one fireplace insert from Energy House over the years. We could not be happier with the sales and after sale service we have received. We strongly recommend this business.

We are return customers.Our new home needed a gas insert fireplace to replace an old wood-burning fireplace. We called Energy house and Robert helped us that same day- showing us models that would work in our home and informed us of an amazing rebate from the state to make things even sweeter. We decided to move forward that day and they were so efficient in submitting the application to the state for the work voucher that we were able to get things turned around in just over a week.Our Installer Larry is an amazing craftsman and worked gently with our existing stone work to custom fit the new fireplace into our old hearth and it looks seamless!. The Ravena model that we got looks and feels great and is simple to use with the touch of a remote.Thank you Energy House-- Robert and Sandy for streamlining the voucher process. Our family is excited to have a cozy Christmas with our brand new warm fireplace!!

Bought a new wood stove to replace our 43 year old stove. Steve the Owner was a straight shooter from start to Finnish. Researched stoves quite a lot and felt like he gave me a decent deal.Bought a new spa cover through Energy House also and it was an exact match to old one. Worked out good. Sales people were all kind and respectful.

They are extremely cocky and don't want to be up front about pricing on their products. Was looking for fireplace insert didn't get pricing just told the units are on a 38 week back order but lucky me they have two in stock, but hey we still aren't going to tell you the price just push high pressure selling gimmicks to try and get you to come in for high pressure sales tactics. Kevin O'Neal from Energy House you can see by his email is this the type of person you want dealing with yourself or sending your significant other to deal with. Not sure where they are finding they are five star reviewed but the Yelp has them at a 3.5. I need two inserts for my house too bad they wanted no part of earning my business.

Bought a gas insert for our fire place. Robert our salesman was forthcoming with all the information. He made it absolutely painless. He came through with everything that he told us and we now have a beautiful insert. The green clean air rebate was a very easy process that Robert helped us with. Three weeks after the installation we have our rebate check in hand. The installation crew was professional and a lot of fun. Do yourself a favor, if your looking for an insert or wanting to upgrade your current unit go see Robert at the Energy House !!!!

Kevin at Energy House is one of the most exceptional and honest salespeople I've have ever worked with. Period. I was traveling through Fresno a month ago and walked into his showroom as I had been looking for an electric fireplace. He knew way more about fireplaces than any of the other reps I had talked to at the other 5-6 stores I had been to. Not only that, but he took the time to show me a detailed demo and he sent me some videos of the different models AFTER my visit. To top it all off, we realized that I was too far out of Fresno to buy from him so he offered to find me a local rep, and then he jumped on the call with me to make sure I ordered the right setup, just like what I saw in his store. Above and beyond, without him even getting the sale. I've seriously never had a customer experience like that.

Buyer be aware - the information this place gives is lacking clarity.There is no tax credit for certain models, even if you are told there is.Check your invoice for items they charge, that may not have happened,and should be refunded. They will not check, and will pocket the money.Customer care is not good; sales rep was unorganized.

We received great service from Liz, she was very helpful & knowledgeable. We purchased new supplies for our spa & appreciate all the time she took to explain everything to us.

Love our unit and service.Casey, who cleans and provides maintenance has been so diligent and professional. Grateful he takes such good care of us.

After shopping at another store we settled on the Energy house. Sandy was very helpful and experienced with the different models. Sandy took the time to explain things to us and answer all our questions and helped us with the valley air board rebate program.
