I been buying from this family business for a lot of years now and I've had nothing but good experiences.There we're times that things didn't go perfect but they always go beyond to make sure I'm happy.I'd recommend empire to anyone looking for vape hookah glass or any other products they have.

I used to (as well as several friends and coworkers) used to go to this place a lot bc there is a guy(maybe one of the owners?) who is super nice and very knowledgeable. But there is one guy (maybe family member?) who is blatantly rude to me and every single person I have talked with. He also doesn't know the product so there's no point to ask him a question. We literally ALL stopped going there because of him, so sad. He doesn't even have to be nice, just basic politeness would be cool. We stopped going there because his attitude brings everyone down. Dude, get a different job if you hate people.

Your one stop shop for all your hookah and smoking needs. Their prices are fair. They have plenty of RAW products available.

This is the best smoke shop and vape shop to go to in Fresno. There is only 2. Fresno City Vapor and Empire Smoke. I love this place.

I frequent Empire smoke to pick up online disposable vape orders. I pick up from the Clovis location about once a month for orders of about $200-$250. The cashier, who is the owner's younger brother is arrogant and has a very ugly manner of dealing with customers. When I went to his older brother who runs the Fresno location, he told me to kick rocks so to speak. Will never give them any more business. So many nicer people in this city than these two bums. Give your money to those who reinvest in the community rather than seeking to pillage and impoverish.

Respectable, friendly, always have what I need, great hours, 2 locations. Great business.

John the cashier was very rude. I went with a friend who needed to return a vape pen that was defective the same day he bought it there. John refused to help him, and was being very rude, but when he asked him if he was trying to tell him to "f" off, John became very belligerent and threatening. We thought we could straighten this out in person, and see if cooler heads could prevail, but as soon as we arrived, he said we were banned from the store, and he began threatening us. After doing some research, I think he was intentionally trying to scam my friend into buying a higher priced item. Horrible customer service, and very unprofessional behavior. He could have just processed the exchange and there would not have been any problem, as the item has a warranty. I'm not sure why he had to act that way.

I have liked their hookah flavors but they sold me a hookah that was supposed to provide better smoke well it didn't go well. Don't buy hookahs from this place

Came here to look for some pipe tobaccos and other pipe accessories (given the stores sign has a giant tobacco pipe on it) the worker told me that they do not sell pipe tobacco and do not have pipe related merchandise...like seriously what's the point of having a tobacco pipe as your logo if you don't sell tobacco pipes or tobacco???

I been to a lot of smoke shops in Fresno pretty much all of them and 1. They always have flavors I never heard of 2. They don't have any hookah flavor (shisha) . Empire has legit every flavor from all hookah flavor brand highly recommended
