Finally! The soft opening was so much fun. What a nice space with such a wonderful selection ! Grandest of openings on May 4th and "I'll be back". Come welcome this wonderful dispensary to Madera.

a bit disappointing with my first visit. one of the items i asked my budtender for was a 1g disposable, he sold me a cartridge which i did not have a battery for. i repeatedly asked him "is that a disposable" & he reassured me. i checked my bag the moment i got into my car to realize he did not sell me a disposable. i called them to let them know of the situation, they said they "were not willing to take the cartridge back even if it's our fault, as a new business it's not something they wanted to do" & they SOLD me a battery for .01. budtender was unfortunately not experienced, he apologized "i was certain with how big the packaging that it was a disposable" train your budtenders! sooooo disappointing!!!! first & last time!!! also very expensive compared to blue fire in merced!! the taxes are through the roof

I'm so grateful I have a local Embarc location now! The grand opening had the best deals and tacos Staff has been friendly and helpful every time I visit.

Poor customer service, felt as if I was being talked down to. Rep was to busy telling the 411 about weed vs asking me what I was looking for.
