Embarc Fresno Shaw Cannabis Dispensary

Had to check out the newest dispensary location that used to be a 7-11. It was a little weird to navigate, like where to go since things were obviously labeled and the place is a little smaller but it was not busy on a Thursday at 10am for a memorial day weekend. The service was super friendly as usual and I was in and out in 5 min. Plenty of parking in the lot and friendly security guards.

You guys have to figure something out for the online orders and the customers that shop in person. There's no reason for online orders to get bumped in front of customer orders who were standing in line waiting. I watched 5 people come in and basically cut in line because they had online orders. Be better

The service is day and night from the one on Blackstone, I've also never experience this type of transaction before, I paid with my cc but they charged me as an "atm" charge and my bank even hit me with an atm charge, and not sure why this guy rounded off my total to $90 and gave me cash change in the difference, it was so bizarre I didn't question it on the spot. My only beef I had there on my first visit. I will definitely go again but this time pay cash, hopefully people from the Blackstone location don't know about this place yet, because they had no wait time

Poor and lazy customer service First visit was great very helpful with strains showing what was available on the iPad Then the second visit i didn't realize the taxes they charged and they didn't even ask me about my membership number
