I had an appointment yesterday with Allie for highlights, cut, and style, and was thrilled with my results! I brought in photos of what I wanted and my end results were almost identical. The highlights are gorgeous and look very natural. I have thick, wavy, frizzy hair, and normally don't even bother having it styled after a haircut because it never turns out well. Allie was able to blow it out perfectly with some bounce, body, and zero frizz. Best haircut, color, and styling I've had in many years! The interior of the salon is also beautiful - its very modern, clean, feels like a salon in SF or LA.

Late Review Post -- but I needed to review this place !!I finally went to the salon after so long and decided to try this local salon because of the great reviews , so I went in for a simple haircut.. I asked for layers. And right away, the stylist man was talking non stop about other women's appearance like what looks good on them and what does not (literally such as eyelashes, lip filler, even the hair colors women request in his chair) which made me feel uncomfortable on his chair knowing he was probably judging me too Which maybe all of this wouldn't have been sooo terrible if he did a great cut, but no. I left with barely any difference he just styled my hair. He continuously mentioned I had such thin hair, which I get, but I've gotten many layers hair cuts before. Further, the price for this basic cut was $100..I saw so many good reviews and was hoping for a great experience and this was not the case. I was sitting in this man's chair hearing his constant little negative comments towards woman when us women go to salons to feel good and confident not to be judged in any way. The hair stylist lady next to him probably would have made my experience a million times better however I did not have such fortunate experience with him.

See Dave he does amazing work! I always leave Elle feeling brand new. On top of the great cuts and coloring he does, we also have great conversations. I'm normally a "quiet-appointment" type but when you find the right stylist you converse and the time flies. Every staff member is friendly and the salon is very clean. If you're looking for a new salon I'd highly recommend here and if you can get Dave that's the guy!

I have been putting off getting my hair cut for way too long after a really bad experience, but my bday is coming up so it's time to get it cleaned up. I went hunting for a good salon. I came across this one and the person I spoke to is very kind and made me feel comfortable from the start. She set up an appointment for me on Friday at 11am with Annie. I told her I just wanted to get it trimmed to be healthier, washed and styled too. She said it would be $65 to get all of that. It has arrived! Happy Friday everyone! I showed up for my 11am appointment. Met with my new stylist Annie that came recommended. The salon is extremely nice! It's safe, clean and practiced. Masks worn by workers and required. Great music playing. Adds more calmness to it. I had an awful hair experience and stopped going for years! Coming here made it worth it and took away the fear I had! Thank you! All the workers were really great and Annie did a fantastic job trimming my hair to clean it up and make it healthier! I got it washed and styled with waves! LOVE! Thank you! Great service and great stylist! Highly recommended! Deserve every star! =)

Not the experience I was expecting I went with a creative hairstylist I am completely okay with people learning. The website stated "All Creative Stylist haircuts will be over-seen by a Master Stylist before guest checks-out" the master didn't stop by ONCE. My stylist didn't seem the most confident which made me feel less confident and I was really depending on the master stopping by, didn't happen. Also when I checked out the receptionist said $105 when I said no I got a treatment with an add on cut. She said that's not a primary service so the hair cut was $60, I pulled up the website and showed her, she said "okay but for future reference it's not" and I said then that should be changed on the website.

*THEY WONT GIVE A REFUND IF YOU LEAVE A BAD REVIEW MANAGER TOLD ME THROUGH THE PHONE* Don't come here for a haircut unless you want to walk out crying . I walked out not only with something completely different from what I wanted but my hair was so badly done I ended up having to go elsewhere and now I have boy short hair because of how bad they left my hair initially at this place. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE noticed how bad my hair was cut and were just as shocked. The person had a great personality and I felt bad leaving a review but for paying $100 I expect a well done job. A great personality does not makeup for a bad job. Not only that but I'm the one who has to deal with bad hair for months on end if not atleast a year for their mistakes. Now I'm walking into 2025 bald and with zero confidence thanks to this place. I even told the guy he left me with a bad haircut and he said he would fix it. I eventually had to say I loved it so he wouldn't cut any further. Also they couldn't even give me a receipt at the time when I asked for it. Please save your hair and money and go elsewhere. When I requested a refund the manager said they won't offer a refund if you don't let them fix your hair first even though I did tell the stylist there I looked bad. They also will not give a refund since they saw my review and didn't give them a chance. As if paying isn't a chance enough.

I was pleased that they had a shop in Fresno and my stylist did a fabulous job in getting my hair color back to its natural color

Such a great find! I absolutely love Dave. He's very knowledgeable and super fun! Got a wonderful cut. Excellent service. Everyone is very friendly. Can wait to go back:)

Heather was incredible. She was so kind and is a true wizard with hair. She did an incredible job! I love that she took her time and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The environment is inviting, clean, and friendly. I will definitely be going back.
