Anthony came out to give us a quote and was very professional and knowledgeable. We had quotes from two other companies and he was the easiest to get along with and answered questions with a pleasant attitude. He gave us a quote and said to think it over. He said if we decided to go with his company he'd come back out and go over more detailed quote and measurements because he knew we were shopping out the quotes. He wasn't the cheapest and wasn't the most expensive. He also wasn't pushy about having to buy now or we would lose pricing like one of the other competitors was.We decided on Shutters for the whole house and he came back to take detailed measurements and go over the details on which way the shutters would open and more. He is very good and efficient at what he does and the quote didn't change from his original quote. He told us it would be 4-6 weeks as these are custom made per job. At 5 weeks he gave us a call that the Shutters were coming in by end of week and wanted to get us on the schedule for Install. On install day Jeff and Chase came to install the shutters. They were very professional and easy to get along with. They were respectful of our brand new home and kept things clean and worked very efficiently. Genuine is probably the best word to describe Elite. From Anthony giving us a fair and accurate quote, to Jeff and Chase being stand up guys and being mindful and respectful of our home during install I couldn't recommend them more.It's been about Six month and we haven't had any issues with the shutters and are very happy with the quality and the internal gear mechanism their product uses.

Anthony, Jeff, and their team did a phenomenal job. Look at all these photos. Clean and speedy install. Our newly built home didn't come with shades or shutters so we want a reputable company to do it right the first time.It was important to me to have voice activated shades and they delivered. They made sure I had all the equipment I needed to make this happen. There is a wait time once these custom made products are ordered due to labor and supply shortage. But once they arrived, it was just a one day install.From the inquiry stage to the installation, the customer is satisfied.

Worked with Anthony and he was phenomenal. All blinds, verticals, valances were installed perfectly and have had them in for over a month now, no issues. We had a great experience with Elite Window Coverings! Anthony, the owner, was easy to get along with and helpful. While he had some recommendations, I went with something they don't normally do (a valance vs. cassette) and he was really helpful in sending me example pictures and talking me through it. We chose roller shades in a color that resembles our walls and chose the valance for up top and it looks so clean! We priced 3 different vendors, and Anthony was able to outprice both of the others. Overall super happy with our experience!

We had Elite install shutters on 10 windows and roller shades on 3 windows.We've had these window treatments for just about a year now and have had zero problems with them!Elite's pricing was better than the big window treatment installers you've seen advertised around town. The guys at Elite offer great customer service too. They were friendly, accommodating, and communicate timely.

I bought a brand new house and had scheduled multiple appointments with a contractor from one of the big box home improvement stores for window coverings which fell through. I was referred to Elite window coverings who was able to quickly squeeze us in for measurements as we were moving in in just a few weeks. They got us our window coverings at a great price and quickly as well as completing a quality installation job. Would highly recommend!
