Purchased a 1931 craftsman a month ago and before we signed we asked these guys to do a sewer inspection. I'm glad we did. They took pictures and found the sewer itself had 2 break points, 1 being so bad dirt and debris was getting in. They took pictures and we sent them to the seller. Elite said if they decide to fix it, they'll match any quote. Well, the seller agreed they had to fix it and got a decent quote from someone they knew. I trusted Elite to do a better job so asked if they would have Elite do it. They got permits and finished on schedule. I got to see the new sewer line. They went beyond what was asked to make sure me and my spouse were taken care of. The sellers sewer guy was gonna offer me 1-5 years on the warranty. Elite gave us a 25 year warranty!Sonny and Manny were always professional. Some other great things:- They sent me an email EVERYTIME someone was headed over to perform work. This was a 3 day job so I always knew when they were coming.- The staff over the phone was very courteous.- The manager (Manny) was their on more than one occasion to supervise the work.- I received pictures with my invoice chronicling their work. Very detailed.I hope I don't have to call them about the sewer, but I will definitely be calling them again if I need anything else.

Horrible service, very pushy and unprofessional. They insisted the problem was much bigger than it was and wanted me to pay lots of money for them to dig up my line and replace it. When I asked them if they could give me a written quote so I can discuss this with my husband first they became pushy and upset that I wouldn't make this decision without talking to my husband first.

My drain was clogged. They arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue and fixed it in a timely manner. My drains have never worked better.

I had Dion of Elite Orange County here on an initial visit to deal with my clogged landscape drains. He and his assistant did a great job of assessing my multiple problems of root intrusion in a large property, and I am confident that they will solve my issues in a timely manner....

I had to have the old original clay sewage drain replaced from the house to the street. Keith and his crew did a great job, with new technology that doesn't require major digging and possible concrete sidewalk damage. The only hold-up was getting city officer at house to review job for permit, which was by no means a poor reflection on Elite. They did timely work and were very professional with their communication and service.The price was very reasonable, and comes with a transferable 25-yr guarantee. I highly recommend them.Diane A.

On November 15, 2018, I called Elite Rooter Fresno because my toilet was not filling up with water. The technician (Jonathan)showed up and he said that I need the toilet tank rebuilt which was going to be $285, the toilet snaked $100 and the hose replaced at bottom of toilet $50. I asked him why did I need the toilet snaked and the hose replaced and he said that because I had been using water from a bucket to flush the toilet it would probably back up. I told him that I just wanted the tank rebuilt for $285. He said he had to go and get parts. So when he gets back he says that I'm getting a early Christmas because he is going to do all three things for the original $285. So he fixes the toilet I give him $300 a $15 tip and he has me put my email address in to some computer and has me sign. Screen was blank or dark. Soon as he leaves my toilets not filling up, I call him back he says it probably needs a new flapper. The next day when I look at the email, it shows the price of $145. So I called the company and told them he had came out and everything that I stated above and was told but you paid cash. So in other words my word against his. They sent him back out and I told him about this phony invoice in which he stated I told you I bought this hose out of my own money. The new hose that Jonathan put on is leaking and I don't want him back in my house because they are crooked and can not be trusted. all my toilet need was the tank rebuilt for $145, I got over charged by $140. My main concern is letting others no about their shady business.

Found mixed reviews on these guys, but unfortunately whoever manages their SEO is doing a horrible job and local shop owners are mixed in with remote locations. Business model is weird. Owner Pratik Patel DBA like 20 individual companies should be an immediate red flag. Some of the more positive reviews for SD and PH convinced me to give Fresno a try for a blocked main sewer out on a recently purchased 60s rancher. The initial tech was courteous and timely. He claimed he wasn't able to snake the line and called a "supervisor" to bring a camera. That was several hours wait. The supervisor then tried to close on a trenchless immediately for 100' @ $8500. Lolwut. After asking to take some time to review the quote, he immediately lowered to 5k. BUT SIGN NOW YOU HAVE TO DO IT NOW. Got pushy and defensive, really poor presentation professionally. Not sure how this business is being modelled, but whoever they decided to run Fresno isn't going to be able to get by on overly embroidered uniforms and a graphic wrapped van. You can only get family and friends to post positive reviews for so long before the actual customer experiences pop up! If you were considering them for a project, just do your homework first. If you work for them... have you actually gotten paid? Good luck on the hard sell boys!
