Perfect experience with my manicure and paraffin wax-!!Ty so much for a great experience

I went by yesterday for my first visit. I was given a gift card and was excited to try them out! I'll list the pros and cons first...Pros:-quick-answered questions-trialed a spot of color on my nail to see which I'd like most-technician was nice-followed my lead on a more "quiet" experience-offered me water/something to drink -clean and organized-lots of color options-employees talking loudly in back room interrupting the calm spa experience-employees talking loudly at the pedicure spot about personal information to each other and on the phoneCons:-nail has already cracked from curing too long-gel is on my cuticle on 4 different nails-cuticles aren't smooth and cleaned up-there are 6+ bubbles in the gel across 2 nailsIt was a Tuesday at about 3:10pm. There was a woman who greeted me and 3 technicians at their tables without any clients. I shared that I was in a bit of a hurry so I chose the basic gel manicure. The technician was pleasant and professional and helped me with the color I chose which is why I gave 3 stars. My nails are 2 stars though due to cracking same day, bubbles, and multiple spots where the gel wasn't cleaned up before curing and is on my cuticle.Will try again to see if it was just an off day!

Came in for a short almond full set with gel. Was pleased with the color and the girl helped me pick a nice shape. The acrylic (and the polish obv) on one finger chipped in a weak spot a day later. I don't live in town but I'm sure if I went in they would have fixed it for me. $55 plus tip for the service was okay value wise. They also brought me a beautiful Diet Coke with lots of ice , ha so nice.

I didn't have a scheduled appointment, I just walked in...I was instantly greeted and wrote my name on the list...Luckily, there was no wait time! I sat down at a station for my gel manicure. My manicurist who was assigned to me was so kind and very meticulous with her nail work! She did a great job. I will be a returning customer!

Came here on two occasions. The first time, I booked appointments for five people (bridal party) and they were able to accommodate us and on the day of, were flexible with changing one of the mani/pedis for a mani only. The salon was clean and the staff was nice. I got a mani and pedi done. The person who did my pedi didn't cut my to nails evenly but I only noticed near the end of my appointment so didn't want to complain. I thought it was an overall good experience. Came back a second time just to buy a gift card. This day they were really busy and the salon had a strong chemical smell. I was glad to only be there for a short period of time because I'm not sure I'd be able to withstand getting a mani/pedi done with the chemical smell. Maybe if they turned on some fans or air filtration system, it may not have been so strong. Due to that, I'd caution coming here if you are sensitive to scents.

I had a laser appointment down the street so I was looking for nails salons near there to knock out two birds with one stone. I like that you can easily book yourself an appt through their website and they confirm it right away. When I arrived at 2:30 it was packed! But since I had an appt I only waited 10 mins. They offer complimentary beverage. They have beers, margaritas, mimosas and regular sodas and water to choose from. I did the organic delux pedicure. It comes with a hot stone massage, scrub, collagen mask etc. the guy did a good job, no complaints. He was very attentive and friendly. I would for sure come back here.

I love getting my pedicure here it's very relaxing. My first time doing a full set and i honestly really liked them, will be coming back for my fill.

Nice place! I usually get a Gel Pedicure from Chelsea. I love that we can set up our appointments online but would caution you to check with your person to see if they are actually going to be there because the owner doesn't remove her from the Schedule when she has a day off.

I really, really wanted to like this place. Everyone was so nice, the salon had great light and great energy. We walked in and they were able to accommodate us.Maybe it's because I asked for regular polish and that's not something they're good at, but you can see in the picture that the polish was put on sloppily and the top coat wasn't put all the way to the edges, so now there are weird lines on the edges of my nails. I brought it up to the lady who did my nails, but she was very distracted telling everyone else what to do. I think she was the owner.Overall, I hope others have a better experience because the place really is nice, just not for regular polish.

Waited a long time for someone to do my nails probably an hour while my friend got a full set of gel nails. She was very rough on my hands and cut my skin with her nail scissors. Rough on my cuticles to where my hands were burning. Never knew getting your Nails done was torture would never recommend anyone come here. My friend got gel nails and it was very messy. Nail tech was nice and nails are not filed right. Was 65 dollars I won't get back. Gave her a large tip because it seems like they aren't paid well and she had kids she needed to provide for.
