El Vaquero Western Wear

Always closed even though it states open! It is 4pm and sign states they close at 6! 3rd and last time trying! Calles the number on the sign and no awnser. 10 minutes later got a call back the person said he is always there but today he left for a minute to buy something from the store next door. We will have to try again another time. I am currently disabled I wish there could be a closed sign to not get off and walk for nothing
