El Super Taco

Stopped by late at night when it wasn't busy at all. Wait times weren't too bad!Here's what I got & here's what I thought: Tacos con Pollo (3/5): They were pretty good, but the flavor wasn't really there for me-- for $3 each I expected more. I also feel like the chicken was kinda dry (maybe because it was at the end of the day). I wanted a water but they were out so opted for Horchata and...Horchata (0/5): ????? Did not taste like Horchata & their cinnamon was clumpy somehow

What's so SUPER about El Super Taco when their Super burrito doesn't have any guacamole, sour cream?? So I got their Super carne asada burrito and a Super chicken burrito. The asada burrito has more gristles and tough pieces of meat and their chicken portions is way less the amount you're paying for. For $25.00 excluding a $2.00 tip with extra salsa you can find much better taco trucks around here in Fresno/Clovis.

Ordered 7 tacos and took over 30 mins, wasn't too crazy busy. The cashier sees us standing there and doesn't say anything, eventually we go up to the cashier and they lost our order. Too bad I was actually looking forward to this place

Tacos are pretty good. Good pop up stand. The gucamole sauce is pretty good. Good meats . Tortillas are yummy. The food is good. There can be some lines. I liked it.

My go to taco truck when I'm visiting family in Fresno. The spicy red sauce is my favorite, booty burning licious!

After passing by this place and always seeing it packed we decided to stop. Ordered 5 Asada tacos. You get to dress them yourself so I added cabbage, cilantro, onion, and salsa. One gentleman offered me foil once he realized I wasn't eating there and he even did it for me and put all my stuff in a bag, super nice. The horchata we ordered was delicious, could not go wrong there. The tacos were good. I would visit this place again but I would not say it's the first taco truck I would think of when craving tacos. Price wasn't bad at all either. The parking is on a dirt lot so be prepared for dirt flying when cars are coming in/out.

This place is so delicious I've been here a few times already, they taste like tacos from la frontera and they're consistent. The meat is obviously good quality, the cheese as well. There's nothing worse than a mulita or a quesadilla with low quality cheese. They have aguas frescas which I haven't tried yet but look amazing. Cabeza meat is so soft and juicy, asada is very flavorful. I hope to see lengua on the menu soon! And the tortillas are low key fried like the asadero tacos--by the way. Salsas are on point red one is spicy but so well made. Not watered down at all. Love their pickled onions I could eat them by themselves best of luck to them!

Good Tacos. Problem is hygiene. One of the cooks was refilling condiments eating sunflower seeds. He was spitting them into his hand and tossing shells then handling the bins/utensils. He went right back to the grill handling food too. Didn't wash his hands before during or after handling sunflower shells that were in his mouth. Nasty! Glad he didn't make my food.

This taco truck was good in the past. It is very inconsistent now. For the last couple of months you never know if they will be there. The staff sometimes is not very friendly. They do have a better variety then other taco trucks. They offer tacos, burritos, quesadillas, militas, and asada fries. Make sure they tell you your order back to you because sometimes they can get it wrong. I have noticed recently that they have begun to skimp on the meat. They do have a nice selection of meats with different prices.

The el super taco truck on peach and Tulare wait times are ridiculous! There were only a few people ahead of us and we waited over 30 min for 6 tacos. It's happened both time we come here.
