El Shaddia Nails

I give zero stars for poor/rude treatment before I was even a customer. I contacted Maggie to obtain a quote on a specific design. She messaged me back laughing at me. I am unsure what her reason was for this as I am under the impression that in addition to teaching she runs a salon that charges for services. Even if she replied to me now I would not go to her based solely on the fact that I received such an odd/rude response and nothing more. If this is any indication of how they treat customers, I dodged a huge bullet. Go elsewhere.

It's really hard to find a good nail tech these days and i hate leaving the nail salon with an unsatisfactory experience. I was skeptical to even get them done. Why get them done if Im only going to pay an expensive price for lumpy thick nails? Fortunately I did book an appointment with Stephanie, and let me tell you... I have found MY nail tech! She got the shape right, the color, and the length. Check her out on Instagram if y'all don't believe me. @_scbeautyyDefinitely worth the price.

I went to this place before Covid.. the owner was okay.. first off she was late to my appointment and didn't tell me till after 10 minutes I had been waiting, then when she finally got there she told me it was going to be another 10 minutes cause she needed to take care of some things.. I had also scheduled an appointment for my daughter she asked me her age and everything and told me she was booked.. when we arrived the day of my daughters appointment she told me she couldn't do her nails because she was too young but at that time she was doing a young girls nails!! That made no sense at all!! She should have told me before she even booked the appointment.. very disappointing!!
