El Pollo Loco

I had gotten some coupons in the mail and decided to finally try El Pollo Loco. Once inside, there was no wait, and I was able to put my order in immediately with the nice and helpful cashier. I ordered the double shrimp tostada salad. The food didn't take too long to come out. The food looked super yummy, and the shrimp was nice and hot. The tostada salad was actually way bigger than I thought. With the sauces and salsa they gave me, it made the tostada salad even better. The food also came out on eco-friendly paper plates, which I thought was cool and I loved. After trying and loving the double shrimp tostada salad, I'd love to come back and try more. The food was delicious and had nice portion. Worth a stop if you like grilled food.

One of my favorite chains. I love how fresh and healthy the chicken is here...not breaded! Their Street corn chicken salad is amazing too. I love that cilantro dressing with the fresh salsa! I could eat here everyday

Food and service are the best! Everything tastes fresh. The staff is welcoming and nice.

So I have split feeling about this Stuffed Quesadilla. Once I took it home and grilled it some more, it was lit. But when I received the food it looked uncooked. You be the judge .

No more lemon?? Seriously? So many people ask for lemon I don't understand why they wouldn't carry it anymore. And the hot sauce packets... ALWAYS out!! I feel like getting a lottery ticket when it is in stock. I've decided to no longer eat here. Always disappointed.

Two small tortilla soups ordered in the drive-thru. The worker was nice. Long line that moved fast! The worker was very kind. Handed the order over with good day wishes! Lunchtime! My chicken tortilla soup was fresh and delicious! Really tasty and even better with the tortilla strips! Flavorful! Mother said hers was great! Really enjoyed it! Good service and great chicken tortilla soups! Highly recommended!

I used the drive thru to order a Double Chicken Tostada Bowl. The server was beyond cordial. I was able to use a coupon and I had no problem adding on a water to drink. I really enjoy El Pollo Loco but can't always afford to purchase. Their $5 menu makes lunchtime possible.I really enjoy Mexi-Fresh.

Don't eat here! This was filthy!!! The chicken was old enough to vote. The soda fountain was leaking and dripping all over the place. They had broken equipment and it was out of most beverages. Mote

I hadn't eaten at Pollo Loco in over a year and decided to give it a try again. The food was great and was ready on time after I ordered online. I would definitely recommend. Not too pricey and some good healthy options.

My go to place to eat! Love the service here and my food is always on time I don't have to wait for long. The workers are very helpful and the atmosphere here is great!
