We stopped by one morning while driving through Orosi. One of the best burritos I've had in a while. Every component was perfect. The Al pastor meat was tender and well seasoned, the beans & rice were great, & we loved the salsas. They have a really interesting menu including chilaquiles & birriaquiles!!! The garlic shrimp dish looked amazing, as well. We ended up leaving with a strawberry agua Fresca which was seriously one of the most lovely agua frescas I've had the pleasure of drinking. Thanks for a lovely quick meal, Elmer!!! Can't wait to come back by for something besides burritos.
