TWO HAIRS !!! We always look forward to Thursdays special- Chile Verde Burrito with a large drink.Except for today's burrito, got it to go for my hungry husband's dinner,Only to cut into a pull out a hair about 8-10 inches long...then, as moving food around more, another hair same length!!!I called El Jacalito and told them what I found... they told me to bring the burrito back with the hairs, (for proof?) so I dug it out of trash and drove back to town and opened the box for them to see and they didn't say anything. I told them I was going to take a picture to do a review of what happened, they brought me another burrito and I told them I didn't want to drive back home to give my husband another burrito with a hair, so I cut it open and was satisfied with it and then repacked it and asked them if there's anything else they would do for my inconvenience.... they just stood there, so I turned to leave and that was when they said they were sorry.So, needless to say they should have done more to accommodate us because we have been loyal customers for years!Now going to look for another place for Chile Verde burritos, anyone have a recommendation?Thank for rea

The food tasted really great and the price was reasonable. We picked up to go. The enchilada sauce here is very good.

The food is always delicious and the service is great. We didn't have to wait even though there was a lot of people. The ambiance is okay but can get noisy at times. It's to be expected because the dining area is all open. The huevos rancheros is amazing, I really like the hot sauce that is topped with.

We had an impromptu Christmas dinner for 11 people. I called in the morning for a reservation the day of. The server was a kind, professional young lady. She had the table set when we got there and was so attentive to our party. The food was superb and service was 10 stars. I highly recommend this resturant.

Food is good and fresh, however, sometimes it is cold by the time you make it home even when you're going directly home.

Super good authentic Mexican Food. The chile verde is our favorite and the carne asada tacos are also very good. The staff is friendly and accommodating. One negative, If you get delivery, please make sure they don't spill your food all over.

So my work ordered this for lunch! It was delicious. Im not a big Mexican food eater as Im spoiled with the tacos in Mexico! However, this jot the spot. The rice and beans were typical, but rhe tacos made up for it. I totally recommend for catering. They delivered on time and thats a HUGE A+!

This is my go-to spot for breakfast burritos, chicken chimichangas; bacon, egg, potato and cheese breakfast burritos; and carne asada fries with Jamaica.The portions are HUGE for the price and the food is always fresh and hot. The Breakfast burritos are thicc and have cuts of perfectly cooked chunky bacon, fluffy eggs, melty cheese and crisp potatoes.The chimichanga combination is loaded and comes with a light salad on the side with rice and beans.Their Jamaica is usually on point and refreshing.The staff is always friendly and attentive. El Jacalito is my favorite.

Good carne asada tacos , other than that everything else is bad, burrito was greasy and you get a stomach ache after. Overpriced for a taco of shrimp is $6 and they only put 3 shrimp. The staff has a bad attitude every time i go there. Fix your attitude, they act like they hate their job, i always get food to go for the same reason but this is the last time i go there.
