What a delicious find! There is plenty of interior seating here. The interior is decorated nicely and everything is very clean. I ordered the mole tamales and they were great! The mole was delicious and smokey. The tamales were cooked very well and the chicken was great.

First time we ordered because of the great reviews but more than disappointed. Our order looked nothing like the photos and was not fresh at all. The tamales had an almost slimy texture and the empanada was made with a large tough corn tortilla made like a quesadilla. I was hoping we would have a wonderful experience and a new favorite spot.

"Simply Amazing Birria Tacos!"If an empty plate could speak, it would say, "I need more!" These birria tacos were absolutely phenomenal--perfectly tender, flavorful, and juicy. The consommé was rich and delicious, a perfect complement to the tacos. Every bite was a symphony of flavor, and clearly, I couldn't get enough because my plate is now completely spotless. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for authentic, mouthwatering tacos that hit the spot every time!

The food is amazing. I haven't been in a while, but never disappoints my favorite thing I always order huitlacoche taco. I'm not sure it's on the menu. They just know what I like. Service is great. The atmosphere is nice inside and out covered seating for winter and hot summer days. Must try every thing on menu is good i've went with different people and they've ordered different stuff and said the food was good. They go back.

Over priced.One quesadilla with two pieces of flor de calabaza and cheese was $14.50. Albeit the tortilla was homemade corn but definitely not worth $14.50. It was their "special" today posted on the door.

4.5 This was Maria's Taco Shop in its past life but a Taco Bell (one of the original designs) originally! The first thing you notice about this place is it's CLEAN!! The food here is excellent and if you're looking for something that is not your traditional "Americanized" Mexican food. We ordered the guacamole (it comes with cheese on top) and it is fresh! Then we had the mains: Caldo de Mariscos that was served Hot and had prawns, red snapper, clams, mussels, mixed vegetables and comes with homemade corn tortillas. Also had Mole Negro and the mole was very flavorful. Ordered a Ajua Fresca (watermelon) to drink and it was Fresh with chunks of fresh watermelon! Definitely will come here again as it's conveniently located close to Freeway 99 in Madera, CA!
