Einstein Bros. Bagels

8/03/24 Getting breakfast for tomorrow! Really great experience! Long line that moved quickly. Greeted by kind worker and ordered the Santa Fe Egg White Sandwich. Cut in half to share for tomorrow. Also asked about coffee and the worker recommended the vanilla hazelnut. I asked if they had almond milk and she said she would get it for me to put in the coffee after I got the self-serve coffee. She did too and my order was brought shortly later with good day wishes! Just Great! Nice inside too. They have tables and chairs outside also! 8/04/24 Happy Sunday everyone! Got breakfast ready. Per usual. My half of the Santa Fe Egg White breakfast Sandwich was Great! Cheesy and tasty! Half of the vanilla hazelnut coffee was Really Great too! ! Nice vanilla with a hazelnut twist flavor! Great service & Great Santa Fe Egg White breakfast sandwich! Highly recommended!! I'm sure mother will feel the same when she gets up and has hers!

It was edible but barely. McDonald's is better. They also forgot my hashbrowns. Two orders. Instead they threw in two bags of plain potato chips. This is six in the morning. I want my hashbrowns. I tried this place twice and there's no way they're going to stay open. Thumbs down.

Spent the morning running errands and doing yardwork. I totally was in the mood for a good breakfast sandwich and coffee. I went to Einstein Bros. Bagels this morning. It was such a good choice. As soon as I walked in the employees were happy and smiling and very welcoming. They gave off a really good vibe as soon as I walked in the door. Even though I placed my order on the app for pick up, they still made eye contact with me and said hello and asked how my day was going as soon as I walked in the door.The inside and outside were super clean. As soon as I walked in, I could smell cinnamon and maple. It smelled so good inside. I ordered the Maple House egg sandwich, a plain bagel with smear, and a small caramel cold brew.I really liked the Maple House egg sandwich. It was the perfect ratio of sweet and salty. The bagel was soft, but had that nice bagel chew. I love that they had real egg on the breakfast sandwich. Sometimes when you go get breakfast sandwiches you could tell the egg they use is that egg that they cook in the sheet pan and they cut it so it doesn't have that real egg taste. But not these eggs they were real eggs. The sausage in the sandwich I think had a tiny bit of heat which made the sandwich even better.The plain bagel was good. It was a plain bagel with cream cheese. It was the perfect amount amount of chewy and soft and creamy together. The coffee was good. It was the perfect amount of sweet. The coffee went well with the maple breakfast sandwich, the coffee was not so sweet that it overpowered the breakfast sandwich. I liked that they also sold other items besides bagels. They had muffins and these cute little apple pies and cookies also.I'm really happy that they moved to my side of town.

First time eating here. We ordered food for delivery. I got the Texas brisket bagel & it was good. I wasn't sure if I would like it. But I did. My wife got an avocado bagel I believe and she liked it as well. I would definitely eat there again.

All I can say is, it's not quite as good as Uncle Harry's and it's kind of out of the way. The counter folks were friendly and helpful.

Bad service. Have always been out of something when we went. Waste of money because it's really expensive and the service is crap. Go to Uncle Harry's. They obviously don't want to be working. Eden is decent in trying to make things right but.... It's not enough for me. Not worth it. Go to Uncle Harry's

Staff was kind and helped encourage a common breakfast bagel. But the bagel size was really small. The cream cheese was put on like butter, I would've liked to have a nice slab of it vs a thin layer. I don't want to compare it to another food chain (there competitor) in town but ehh.

Had the Farmhouse Egg Sandwich on the everything bagel and a plain cold brew! Both were very delicious and I will definitely be coming back to try more things!

Hopeful but was disappointed. I was really looking forward to the opening of a bagel shop closer than Uncle Harry's. Customer service definitely needs to be improved. I ordered a breakfast bagel first thing in the morning and they didn't have the bagel it was supposed to be served on. The bagels were disappointing. The selection was not as robust as Uncle Harry's. The bagels also had an odd after taste. I won't be going back.

The workers were chatting too much, which resulted in burnt orders. They proceeded to stop and take pictures of the burnt food while laughing. Very unprofessional.
