I don't even know how many times I've called on Eddings for help serving people over the years. Eddings is one of those businesses where you're getting personal service. I have an established relationship and account so I can just email them and expect a response and action. If you don't, I would call and convey your needs for next steps. It had been a while but when I needed a rush, they were the first people that came to mind. I was working from home and needed them to up papers from my office and hand deliver them to the Sheriff's civil desk. I sent them an email around 11:30 with details and they responded in about an hour. They picked up the documents and got them to the right place by the 3:00 cut off time. Thanks, Eddings, for being so reliable! I highly recommend this company.

Let's just start with saying that If I could give negative stars, this company will be looking at a -4 star review. Totally unprofessional, staff loves giving attitude over the phone, was promised that I was going to be informed on serving my ex with court papers and I was the one reaching out once a week for updates. Emails were never sent and the job was never completed. Totally waste of money. Look elsewhere for better service!

I work for a law firm in Bakersfield, CA and we have hired Eddings to serve out of county subpoenas for us on several occasions. They are always on time and charge reasonable rates! I will continue to use Eddings Attorney Services!

Found this place on Yelp and I needed to serve my ex-wife with some papers. Emailed them Wednesday morning. They responded within an hour. Filled out the paperwork they sent me and shot it back with the papers I needed signed and she was served 5 hours later. It doesn't get much more efficient than that.

Extremely unprofessional! Do not even consider hiring them even for a small job. Total waste of money!

These guys ROCK and very inexpensive. I had a very hard to serve paper and they not only got it done but sent status at every point of the way. Server called from location and said he'd wait for subject to make himself available. The old adage "you only get what you pay for" is not true with Eddings......they gave a superior product for a nominal fee.

Words cannot describe how thankful I am for EAS and a shout out to Sherrie who spent time with me on some extra hard case management. No way will I ever consider Eddings again. I used them 1 year ago. They quoted me a price over the phone. When I got there they said it cost more because they just changed their fees.I was stupid enough to use them again today. They again quoted me a price over the phone. I told them I was pro per and they based the price on that. When I went in I got the usual "are you from a law firm" I said no. They quoted me a fee $25 higher than my phone quote. They said they just raised their prices today.No I am not from a "law firm". I am a paralegal with my own business. I will be sure to get the word out that Eddings plays "bait and switch".

So, I decided to try Central Valley process servers due to pricing. I had a wonderful experience with Eddings attorney services previously, but due to unforeseen expenses due to getting emergency guardianship, I tried going to a cheaper process server. HUGE mistake. "Central Valley" process servers, specifically Joey Rios, is a waste of money. He may be cheaper, but there is a reason why: he is extremely condescending and he YELLS over the phone. I can literally see his veins popping out in my head every time he yelled at me. He even cursed at me! I cringed when I hung up the phone with him. I learned a valuable lesson today. Just because someone else is cheaper does not mean they will do a better job. "You get what u pay for" truly makes sense now! I will be using Eddings Attorney services from now on. If you are already stressed out dealing with court hearings and custody issues, do NOT use Central Valley process servers! Just pay the extra for Eddings attorney services. They were fast, they were efficient, and they did NOT yell at me (especially if they couldn't locate an address - which Joey Rios did). Eddings attorney services are extremely professional!

I have worked with Sherrie for lockout help. She's super responsible, punctual, courteous and professional. I wish, I had known about her legal expertise before. I will highly recommend her for any legal assistance.
