I've been around the block finding the perfect traditional sub sandwich shop. I've had Deli D, Pickled Deli, Mr. Pickle Sandwich Shop and now Eagle Sandwich Co. They all have similar menus and toppings. But what stood out what the customer service. Was welcomed with a friendly smile and very polite workers. I got the Italian Pastrami Pepperoni & Salami. It was loaded up and layered to perfection. The toppings held together and not falling out of my sandwich. Each was amazing and savory. This is my new favorite spot and I'm glad i was in the mood to try something new!

Here's an update on how much value with quality you get here. So good. Tons of meat and well balanced with fresh bread!Only negative is that it's a small place, but I think with the amount of business they will get they will be in a good position to get a larger spot. I think this will allow customers to sit down and enjoy the sandwich in house. But don't let this detour you, great place.

So, decided to stop in & grab a sandwich for lunch to see what this place is about. I got the Turkey Avocado & Sprouts 8in, it's definitely a packed sandwich! Everything was good, zero complaints. It's nice to try a good sandwich shop & I will definitely be going back.All in all: Good sandwich with friendly service!

First time customer. Food was awesome, best French dip sandwich ever. Ajus was amazing. Service was stupendous. I will be back when I come back to Fresno. Thank you and I will definitely spread the word about Eagle Sandwich Co.

I recently tried Eagle Sandwich Company and ordered the turkey avocado sandwich with provolone (I swapped out the Swiss cheese with the provolone). There are definitely some positives to highlight. The staff member that helped me was extremely helpful and friendly. The amount of turkey in the sandwich was generous, which I really appreciated. It was fresh and flavorful, and the combination with avocado and provolone was delicious. The bread was another standout feature--super fresh, with a great texture and taste.That said, there were a couple of issues that made the experience less than ideal. The sandwich had an overwhelming amount of mayonnaise. With every bite, it dripped out, making it messy and a bit off-putting. I ended up removing at least half of the mayo just to make it manageable. Additionally, while the ingredients were fresh and plentiful, the sandwich was overstuffed, causing the bread to fall apart before I could finish.To improve, I'd recommend cutting back on the mayo or giving customers the option to customize the amount. Toasting the bread or leaving it slightly uncut at the bottom might also help keep the sandwich intact. These small adjustments could make a big difference in the overall experience.While the sandwich wasn't perfect, the flavors were good, and I'm willing to give Eagle Sandwich Company another try. It's clear they prioritize fresh ingredients, which is a great foundation. With a few tweaks, this place could easily rise to a higher rating.

I wanted to like this place, I love companies that are America themed. A sandwich being a delicious American pastime was ashamedly served to me here :/I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and waited about 10 to 15 minutes to get a soggy mess with maybe three thin slices of steak, cheese that is still solid and only barely slightly melted, bell peppers and onions that were not at all grilled, in an absolutely drenched soggy loaf of bread. (Why not grill the steak before putting it on if it's wet?)All in all with a small soda (NO CHIPS) the smallest Philly came out to about $16. You tell me if you think that sad SMALLEST SIZE Philly cheesesteak was worth $16.The guys who made the sandwiches seemed pretty cool though I guess. But positive attitude and service should be a foundation not an extra star to add on. I think the worst part was that as soon as they handed me the sandwich, they kind of disappeared to the back like they knew what they were giving me lol. I'm not even one to complain, I still ate the sandwich.. but why would they send it out if they knew it was going to be a soggy mess.Came in with a full group of guys, about 6 of us and the other sandwiches they said were also okay.. kind of light on the meat. And they also ran out of every kind of bread except white...Idk maybe I'm being too harsh, but a sandwhich shop is pretty simple.. I should know, I run two food trucks and a restaurant with my father. My dad would be pis*ed if I sent out soggy tortas (Mexican sandwiches lol) Ambiance is small, 3 small tables with maybe 6-8 chairs in all. Compact location but in a great area.

Love this place!!I eat here frequently ( the French dip is amazing )The food is fresh and delicious and the sandwiches are packed. The shop is very clean and inviting staff is always friendly. Love the patriotic theme!

This was the best sandwich I've ever had. The first day my husband and I went, we stopped on the way up to table mountain casino and shared a BLT and it was so delicious. It was so good that we stopped again on the way back from the casino the next day. I got the turkey, sprouts, and cream cheese and my husband had the chicken bacon ranch. Both were so good. I really can't recommend this place enough. Such a great environment and the absolute best sandwiches. The service was fantastic! We're not from Fresno, but we'd take the hour drive there just to visit this spot again! I hope they stay open for years to come and have all the best success.

I had a 4 in pastrami with everything. That sandwich was freaking delicious!!! Place is small but smells delicious!!! Service was quick and great!
