10/5/24 VERY Busy! Worker came to the window and ordered their caramel pumpkin brûlée with almond milk! Took a while more, but the worker was kind and received and luckily, it was really Good! Flavorful! Good service & tasty Good Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée! Recommended!

After viewing so many videos of this place in "tik tok" I knew I had to try it!They offer walk in or drive thru. i decided to walk in and view the menu. I order a cookie drink, a caramel one, and a strawberry Horchata flavor. All drinks were great! and awesome customer service.

Stopped here on a road trip home. We came around 12pm on a Saturday, the line was long but it only took about 10 minutes. The worker was very friendly and offered our dog a treat. I recommend looking up the menu online before coming to make your drink decisions before (if you're new to Dutch bros) as they have a lot of options. Both of our drinks were prepared well.

Terrible, insanely slow did not give any updates that would take over 20 minutes to get a walk up drink. The drive-through went through 3+ times before they served so walk up customers

Zero stars! Awful employees! Very rude and condescending little brats. Waited in line for 20 minutes, they brought drinks out to all the surrounding vehicles BEHIND US that were waiting for their order and made us wait till the very last. Employees were canoodling with the patrons. And they got our order wrong!!!

I never knock a business the first time I have a bad experience . So I gave the madera dutch several different tries and everytime I always get rude staff and always an incorrect drink. I always ask politely for a remake since I'm paying for it and they always get so irritated for having to do their job ??????? Rolling eyes , saying unnecessary comments ! Absolutely ridiculous ! ‍I mean There's nothing but kids working there but still . Now I just drive to Fresno locations if I want my drink made correct and with good customer service .

The service is just terrible. Literally they have three people and all are spending literally an hour on each car. They sale coffee, just coffee! I'm so confused as to why it takes long to take an order! I've been in the drive through for 40 minutes and I have no idea how much of a conversation you can have.

Amazing love this place, coffee and staff! They work hard and love the great smiling faces I see unlike when you go to Starbucks in Merced .

I will say this although this place is always swamped with customers the workers there are trying there best to deal with those orders. Yes I waited a bit in the line but the employee that took my order, his name was Esai, offered the greatest customer service which made my wait very pleasing. I got to the window and was greeted by the staff and was apologized to for the wait but looking inside they were cranking drinks as fast as they could. All in all, I believe that this place doesn't truly deserve the negative reviews. These employees are working at their greatest potent
