Update, my mother in law has permanent kidney damage from being put on the diabetes medication when she was not even pre diabetic. We we're finally able to get a copy of her one visit that was supposed to be a physical and the form was filled out and it was filled with lies, it says no asthma, she is a life long asthmatic and it's severe, she told him that also. Paper states she had a rectal exam, she said she never even removed her clothes and that never happened. I'm shocked at what was written, it was basically a way to bill her insurance for a physical and then give her strong name brand only diabetics medicine that gave her life long effects, my guess is that he got a kickback for every prescription he gave out. She has been tested multiple times for diabetes and she has never been even borderline. She has not been put on anything for sugar and she is doing well. I tried to call in to the insurance and they said they got a hold of the doctor and that she canceled all her appointments and never mentioned anything else. The insurance dropped it because they made it sound like she was in the wrong and they couldn't get a hold of her. Truth is she was getting canceled and she would get it rescheduled and they always cancel it. I don't understand how this place is still open with all the reviews on here, something needs to be done, one day he will have a patient die from the wrong medication, it almost was my mother in law. Please be careful here.

Heed the warnings about wait time and staff inefficiency. Dr. Tony is a caring man, but it's not worth the wait or frustration you will experience. Your best interest is not their priority. Complete lack of competence and communication from office staff. Go to Peachwood or anywhere else.STAY AWAY...

Just received a bill in the mail from this office and the date of service was May 2019!! This is the first bill I have received and I am being told my bill MAY ALREADY be in collections!!Beyond frustrating, WHY does it take 4 YEARS to send a bill? Who remembers if they paid a bill 4 years ago??Money grab-----because I have no proof I paid it- but if I ever received a bill I am sure I paid it!Not happy----

I have been going to Dry Creek Medical for years, but this is getting out of hand. I was in the lobby for 50 minutes just to get lab work done. I am done with this medical group. Tony and Barbara are nice physicians but every time it takes way too long.

Hate this place more than anything in this world. I was an employee I don't care if they see this review because they deserve to be called out for all the BS that went on here. I worked there not even a year and it was god awful. Tony is great but sucked at getting the job done to the fullest capacity. Dr Morlan is the nicest woman... to her patients only. To her staff, she could care less if I died. Her kids are another story not even worth mentioning. Jessica is about the worst MA / office manager ever. She has no respect for you at all. Tired to talk to her several times about issues and she's okay if off as something COMPLETELY different. They wait time is HORRENDOUS and I feel so bad in my heart for the people who go there for immediate URGENT care because you'll be waiting for HOURS... thank you have a great day and NEVER go here :) !

I ran out of prescription that i take daily and called for a renewal. They said they would check on it and call me back if there are any issues. They never called back so i assumed that everything was good and my prescription would be renewed. After 2 days past i called my pharmacy to check on it and they said they are still waiting for my doctor to renew them! I had to call dry creek again to ask about my prescription and then they finally did it. I was without my medication for 5 days, not acceptable.

I have been a patient for about 15 years. I have been treated with courtesy and compassion every time. Yes, there was a time where the wait times were VERY long, but that was years ago. The front desk is very efficient and polite. I have never had an issue getting an appointment or a prescription refill. The staff is very pleasant and kind. I am in the office monthly and I have never felt ignored or disrespected. The front office is efficient and friendly. If you are looking for a quick in and out, go to an urgent care. If you want someone who will listen to your needs and do their best to help you live your best life, I recommend Dr. Morlan and her team!

Terrible terrible customer service. Cannot recommend. Waited almost 3 hours, total. 2 hours in my car and an hour more in the room. All for 5 minutes of "care". Prescribed an antibiotic for a virus infection then out the door. Cannot get a call back to answer questions about my illness.
