Terrible service:I asked for fillings in the nasolabial folds and he used Juvederm to perform the procedure, this was done at the end of January, not even 3 months have passed and I am exactly the same as before, being that the Doctor made sure that this type of fillers last 8 months to 1 year and a half. I do not recommend it at all.

Rude.I told him I wanted a lip lift.He said it would leave a scar.I was aware of that.I told him about the research I did and the pictures I'd seen.I try to show him some pictures of what I would be happy with and what I wouldn't be happywith.He told me"I don't want to see pictures. I don't know what you want me to do for you.I told him I want to lip lift.That's why I'm here.I asked him if he did them because I was told that he did.He said yes.I asked him if he had pictures.He said"no."I asked him if he did these often.Like how many? 10? 100? He said "between 10 and 100." He asked me again,"what is it that you want me to do for you."So I pulled my lip up so he could see exactly what I was talking about.A lip lift! He told me I should wait for the lip fillers in my lips often.OK. I was all right with that.But still wait to decide if I still I wanted a lip lift.I asked him "is there anything else?"He said "you should lose some weight." $100 for that. I went home and cried..

Highly recommend Dr Kenty Sian. Not all physicians do Botox the same. He listens to you and makes his professional recommendations to how much and where. I have been super pleased with his services. Now that I live out of state and I know I'm coming to visit Fresno, he is on my list to see while I'm here.

Last year I was in a motorcycle accident that shattered my jaw and broke my neck. Luckily, there was not much neurological damage. Unfortunately, my face and neck was severely scarred by glass. After meeting with many plastic surgeons in the Fresno area, I chose Dr. Sian to treat my scars. I chose him because while he has a professional demeanor, he is friendly and very caring. He takes the time to answer my questions - and I had a lot.I can say a lot of nice things about how great he and his staff are, but let's talk about his surgical abilities. A couple of months ago and after a few months of injections, Dr. Sian preformed a surgery to correct a restriction in my lip as well as some scar restructuring. There are a lot of details to this, but let me just say that I could not imagine better results than what Dr. Sian provided through his surgical skills. Not only does he know how to do surgery well, he considers the future healing of the incisions - because a surgeon's incisions do not create scars, the body does. Any surgeon can do an operation that looks great initially, but the true skills of a plastic surgeon are found in their consideration of how an individual's body will heal. You have to think about the long run and Dr. Sian does that.The bottom line is that Dr. Sian is wonderful in every way. If I needed breast augmentation or cosmetic surgery, there is no doubt I would seek him out for it. Please feel free to message me on Yelp if you have questions for me.

First Dr I saw after I was botched by athenix. I literally left in tears. I was embarrassed as it was but then he looked at me with disgust. Told me I had went too big and he really couldn't do anything but remove what was left of my implants and nothing more. My breasts would always be deformed. He stated he didn't want to even attempt a replacement and if he did he would not go above a b and they would still look disproportionate. His bed side manner was trash. The nurse had to console me. Even though the removal was approved by my insurance I opted to try another surgeon who didn't look at me and treat me like I was disgusting. I could've taken "bad news" but didn't need the sneers or the poor bedside manner. Rude. He was just rude.

Dr. Sian is very professional with a good bedside manner. He did a great job with my non surgical nose job two different times and worked with me to achieve the result I wanted. His office is quick and efficient and I highly recommend him. -Abigail Thomason

I liked the staff they were nice and professional. Dr. Sian was not only rude he was dismissive. He even waived his hand at me to stop talking. I have read through some other comments and what was common is that he feels the need to fat shame people. I have not ever in my life had someone be like this to me. It was as if he was wondering why I wanted to remove a mole from my eyebrow when no one notices you because your so disgustingly fat. I could say more but I think that is about the gist of my experience. He had an intern in the office with me, it was all I could do to not tell him don't be like him. He is a not a kind person at all and I wonder what will it take in his life to realize how hurtful he is. Not good Karma for sure.

Dr Sian is an excellent surgeon! He has come in after his normal business hours and even on the weekends to repair gashes and cuts on two of my family members. He was very attentive and always took his time. Both procedures were completed on the face and there is no scarring to be seen. I have had moles removed from my face and a large lipoma removed from my rib cage by Dr. Sian. Again, no scarring. Since this time I have referred him to numerous friends for botox, breast enhancement, liposuction, etc. All have said wonderful things about Dr. Sian!

Dr Sian is very professional and kind. I had 30 year old, ruptured silicone breast implants that he removed then performed breast augmentation. His entire staff was very professional and helpful with any questions I had. I never had to wait more than a couple minutes after arriving at his office, which was always very clean and organized. I was in a lot of pain when I first me Dr Sian. Now, I feel wonderful and my breasts are beautiful. He did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Sian is professional and informative and very friendly. His skill as a surgeon is amazing. I had breast reduction and I never dreamed how well I could feel, with no neck and shoulder pain. I am tactile defensive and Dr Sian respected this quirk. After surgery, I had very little pain, didn't need the pain meds. Dr Sian's explanations were extremely helpful. The staff and assistants were friendly, helpful and very pleasant. I never had to wait. I will recommend Dr Sian to everyone that I know.
