Excellent, authentic, always fresh customer, focused, and overall a great place to eat, not fancy, but really good!!

We were in Lemon Cove for the night and found Dora's in Woodlake so we wanted to give it a try. Nice little place, the patio at night is cute with cafe lights. Our friendly server Evelyn took our order and quickly brought us some chips and delicious salsa that she made. Great job Evelyn! My hubby ordered the caldo de res which looked phenomenal and he was super happy with. I ordered the red cheese enchiladas and they were super tasty! Wish we could one back soon but if we're ever nearby we will be back!

Dora's was good today and the last time I visited 30 years ago. The restaurant is narrow with about 8-10 tables inside, very casual. I think there's also a covered indoor patio to the side, it was too cold to consider it. As you walk in, there's a counter where you the waitress/hostess greets you and you can place to go order. I stopped in with two friends this morning 12/15/19 around 10:30 for a late breakfast. I had to order the menudo and I was not disappointed. Menudo was one size for $6.99, the bowl wasn't huge but big enough for me to get full. When I ordered I was asked if I wanted the pig feet in my bowl. That's authentic and, to me, means the menudo is going to be flavorful - because bones - and it was, the broth was a great flavor. I was brought small Mexican limes, dried Mexican oregano, small diced white onion, and a very spicy salsa as accompaniments along with handmade flour tortillas. Such a yummy breakfast like I would have at my nana's house. One friend ordered the taco salad in a fresh handmade flour shell. The beans and sour cream and salsa made such a good "dressing" for the salad. My other friend ordered the chile relleno combo plate with just beans, no rice. There was also a little side salad on the plate. Judi said they were not the best chile relleno she's had but not bad. To drink we ordered coffee and water. I didn't care for the coffee; the water tasted off. I still drank it because I needed that last cup of coffee for the morning.Food came out fairly quickly considering the taco shell and chile relleno were fresh fried. During the 45 or so that we were there, they had at least 4 to go orders. One man came in with a pot to be filled with menudo. At that point, I knew I'd made a good choice hahaWould definitely recommend Dora's and look forward to the next time I'm in town.

Great local restaurant with delicious home style food made fresh daily. Fridays and Saturdays are Karaoke en Español. Check them out if your in the area. You won't be disappointed!

Not dog friendly even when they have a big patio and not a single table filled. Bummer!

Food was decent but way overpriced. They overcharge on bills so make sure you look at your receipt. Don't get the Molcajete here when you can get a better priced and better tasting one in any other restaurant nearby. Will not be going back ever again.

the food here has always been soo good, and if youre going to dine in the place is decorated nicely and all the food is presented really well, its hard not to take a picture before you start eating. I have been coming here for years and know so many other people who love this restaurant. the service is always great, they do their best to help everyone as quickly as possible. i hope this place never closes.

do not waste your money or time. average food expensive prices! NO FREE REFILLLS??!! they charge 8.99 for a kids plate all come with beans and rice and a beans and rice bowl is exaclty the same price for kids! Shrimp coctail SMALL and taste like garlic. please save yourself the disappointment and your money! way to expensive for the quality and size of portions.
